I run weight loss classes and the most any member has lost in their first week (7 days not 4) was 14lb. And this was a man who weighs approx 25 stone. Generally if you have a lot of weight to lose you are likely to lose more than if you don't have much to lose.

The first week is often an exceptional week especially for people whose diet is generally quite unhealthy - I regularly see losses of between 5 and 7 pounds in the first week even for women who only have 2-3 stone max to lose. A lot of the weight loss the first week is water. Then like others have said it is healthy to lose between 1-2lb a week for people who haven't got many stones to lose.

Good luck with your weight loss, but do choose a healthy, safe plan.

  • I tired this plan and it did not work. He refuses to honor his 10 day money back guarantee. The only weight I lost was from my wallet. I was more upset by the fact that he is a FRAUD and makes claims and guarantees without basis. I tried to file a Paypal claim but they won't investigate "non-good" services". I tried to file a claim with the better business bureau but they require an address and the only thing I have is a Paypal receipt with email address and a URL address. Does any have any information on this "company" or know if I can file a complaint with some other government agency? I am totally opposed to the fact the fact that I provided his required documentation to receive the refund and he tried to "offer me another plan" and then refused to respond thereafter. AVOID at all cost or you will have wasted your money that he CHEATS you out of!

    Trading Standards?
  • I saw the 18 in 4 days and thought it was to good... but when i said that a lot of people say that they try it and are happy... i also liked all the feedback on the site. i ALWAYS jump head first into small diet plans and pill along with a good work out... i learned that 2 stacker 3s and cardio along with watch your cal. intake are the best results. although i still look out for those 'get thin quick' things.... so thank you for posting honest answers, no matter how much it made me sad! i was mad and don't want to listen, but i have NOT seen any good real comments on this diet, and i don't want some dirt bag running away with my $27, no matter how tempting! but i do thank you all for being honest... for once, i'm NOT falling for a scam, because i did research FIRST, THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!! :T
  • ''but when i said that a lot of people''

The only way you're gonna loose that much weight in 4 days is to catch the norovirus....
You lied to me Edward. There IS a Swansea. And other places.....

  • Seen this before. It's just the cabbage soup diet. So is the 'British Heart' diet.

  • Chop an arm off? That's the only thing I could think of that might work as far as losing 18lbs in 4 days goes. Or maybe chop off a bit of lower leg? Depends on how heavy your limbs are, I suppose....
