Just had a look and there's only one controller but it has a wireless headset, wireless network adapter and xbox live 12 month gold membership. Is that good?

I don't pretend to be at all techie, but apparently the Jasper chipset has cured the red ring of death problem which plagues Xbox 360 and is the reason I've just bought a new one. And it runs quieter too (alledgedly).

Edit: It's a little square black thing inside the Xbox - looks like a memory card.

Yes, it's all included for £199. Everything is in the box except the Forza and Fifa games which are off he shelf.

We also sent our Xbox back for repair and now just outside the 3 year guarantee period its gone again. We've performed the towel trick and got it going about 10 times but everytime we do it, it lasts less. Last time we got about half an hour out of it. We found the towel trick on Youtube - it entails wrapping the Xbox in 4 towels, running it for 15 minutes to overheat it, then leaving it to cool down for 15 minutes and voila; it works. But its not permanent.

to have a 12 month gold is extra good,cos the one we were looking at only had a 1 month in with it!

Just checked the box and it's definitely 12 months so I think I'm well happy.

did the wireless headset, network adaptor and 12 month gold card come inside the 360 box? ive just rang sainsburys, they do have elite with the 4 games but dont know anything about the extra stuff
