For this to work, you need to get to the VERY last screen before you accept the order it applied the discounts

Sell the 2 game packs for about £35 each and you pay £130 for the elite!

I am curious to where you get the figure of £35 for selling the packs? the games inside are bundle games and the pads are £32.99 brand new on their own so where could you sell them for £35?

ebay u can get the pads for £22 each and then £13 for the game.

ie £35!

And take into account Ebay and possibly Paypal fees... and then the cost of your own time listing these things, packing them and heading off to the Post Office...

When you actually sit down and work out profits from Ebay - they're not as great as people make out.

Im not fussed about the games or controllers, I just need an xbox, do you reckon it will be worth it to knock down the price of the xbox or not?

Surely getting the console and 2 games for £10 is better value. At least they are new games, like FIFA 10, and Need For Speed Shift.

I would say no, purely because I have sold some x box games on ebay and didn't really get a great amount for them. I would hold off for as long as possible, as I suspect Microsoft will slash the price of the Elite when the 250gb one comes out. Not sure when that is though!
