Look, we are all entitled to our opinions. Just maybe I wanted to give my little one something that may be rare when she gets older, something that has a story and something unique and rare about it.
Of course I am disappointed. Yes it is a !!!!!!!g stuffed toy, but it was unfair of Harrods to keep us all waiting then give the stock we have all been waiting for (and put our names down for away).
The excuse, they were popular so we gave them away is leading to to another website in my mindset called confused.com. If every company who had a success gave it all away, we would all be driving round in free BMWs.
Some will take a view that their item has gone to a better place, some will take the view it shouildnt have gone on ebay and some people will want to rant at Harrods. We are all unique and whilst I do like to make my point and test things to the limit, I am still entitied to make a t i t of myself.
Anyway, enough on this. Merry Christmas as I hope that Harrods does run off another 5000 of these for you all.
Food for thought (Taken from a quote by GOSH
We need to raise 50 million every year to help rebuild and refurbish Great Ormond Street Hospital, buy vital equipment and fund pioneering research. Amazing things happen at Great Ormond Street Hospital every day. With your help we can keep the magic alive for our very ill children and their families. For more information please visit https://www.gosh.org
If the meerkats raise £200 each thats a £1000 a HUGE amount away from the £50 million needed to save childrens lives, make poorly babies better, parents lives a little more comfortable!? I wish he gave them all to sell! I'm sure a child would wish for his/her life for xmas as opposed to a stuffed toy! I sincerely hope they raise as much money as they can, save as many lives as possible. And i know that my little one will be disappointed on xmas day but he will learn that these toys are unaffordable (for me) and Santa is a very very busy man and can't make every last thing on his list
Merry Christmas to all, Good Luck to Gosh and the other charity's in raising as much money as they can with the sale of the meerkats and to the poorly children who would like it ENJOY! And Get well soonx

I have been watching the meerkats on ebay. the first five for one charity ended today and each one went for.......... you wont believe it
£850 each !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The charities are going to raise so much money, think what they can do with it and how many children will benefit!! I was on the reserve list, i would much rather these charities raise a huge amount of money !!! one charity has 60 listed thats is thousands and thousands!!
please dont complain as we cant change it and try and think about the benefit it will bring0 -
850 for a stupid meerkat?
