carol - well done with the walk. The main thing with a walk like that is stamina, so I'd recommend regularly going out for good length walks, and invest in some decent shoes/trainers. Running trainers can be good for pavement walking as they're designed for pavement running rather than walking shoes/boots which aren't!

Does anyone here have a Diplomat oven?
I can't work the timer and it keeps turning itself off, almost always when I cook the roast potatoes for a sunday roast! it's doing my head in. DH seems to have half sorted it but not properly!

    Evening everyone.

Managed to get quite a bit done today.

Second bookcase emptied and cleaned. Two more bags for charity shop.
Did some of the kitchen while I was busy in there.
    Vacumed right through the house.
    HHI done.
    Shredding done.

    Lilysue Hugs.

Have only skimmed this page but liking the sound of Rosepinks plan and may do something like that myself.....mine is mainly toys and clothes so clothes will go into bags for the schools "bags for schools" scheme and toys will be packed up for the churh Christmas fayre next month.

Hope you are all well, I aim to keep up with the lists this week, best I can but may not keep up with the thread, want to do some things with DD.

He is W's Godfather ;) and yes thanks we had a great weekend. We went to the Heights of Abraham which we all enjoyed although on the way there it was very foggy. We decided to carry on anyway and were rewarded for our efforts as the sun came out and the sky cleared :) hope he managed to get some good pics.

Greenbee I have not deliberately ignored anyone, just not been on to pick up email as we have been busy ;) Having said that I noticed that no email has arrived since Friday  I have rebooted and got loads down, am hoping they are all there and there is not another problem. Would you be a darling and resend to me this evening, promise I will reply tonight :D
