    Morning everyone:)

Alias, fascinating stuff, well done you:T

I agree my food bill is much bigger when I'm icing but then I would have to pay for ww or similar plus eventually you do eat less in volume (could be boredom?) and the results are worth it if you stick with it.

Good luck bitsy, as has been said the first few days are the worst then it becomes second nature:)

    Happy dieting today:)
Thank you for this site Martin

See if this link works for the cake pic:

No matter what I do I can't get the insert pic button to work for me. Anyway, probably better this way so that people who don't want to look at pics of cake on a diet thread don't have to!

Wow Sarah no wonder they sought you out, very professional, simply gorgeous :T

Another lovely day, had a day out planned, but it was cancelled :(

Had a bottle of wine yesterday and although it'll have stopped me losing, at least i wasn't a crazy carboholic this morning :)

My God sarah, why are you not in full time business for yourself. Those are seriously classy cakes. Surely there would be loads of opportunities in the wedding market? I can see many a bride commissioning (sp?) cakes like those, especially if they could be themed. You are clearly very skilful. (And wasted imo :)) I can see all the 'sarah's cakes' branches and franchises opening up all over the place. :D Now, if you could only come up with a low carb version.......

sis, the magnets don't go through my ear (but it felt like it when she was putting them in :o). I have 1 at the edge of my ear (where my ear meets my face) 1 on the upper cartilage bit of my ear and 2 (I found the other one I thought I'd lost :D) on the inside folds of my ear. And God knows what they're for, I just press them 3 times a day like I'm told. :rotfl:I don't feel them now they're in and I forget they are there, until I absentmindedly scratch and then panic in case I've dislodged them.

They look like small flesh coloured squares with a tiny bronze coloured magnet in the centre. I is funky, girls. :rotfl:

I've lost 2lbs this morning (of the 6lbs I'd put back on) and the strange (or completely co-incidental) thing is, my period was so light last night that it almost wasn't there. Now the relevence of that is that my period usually lasts 7 -8 days and it's heavy. Yesterday was only day 5 and it already looked like it was beginning to end iyswim. Who knows if that had anything to do with the acupuncture or not, I'm not jumping to conclusions but it will be interesting to see what happens next month.

Thanks for all the kind thoughts and support everyone. :T

Aw Maz where were you off to? Can't you just go yourself like me? :rotfl:(And Elfen :D)

    Happy Tuesday all.

Sweet, my pizza was 'interesting' too, wont be making it again tho, i'd rather use the bread recipe i occasionally use.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Took me bl00dy ages to make as well!! I don't know if I got the measurements completely right, I don't understand the 'cup' bit so I just guessed amounts!! :o

Really pretty, sarah, well done you. Love the flower one.

    Morning peeps :hello:

Did anyone see Redcar on the BBC Breakfast News?? That's where I was born & bred :D It's funny to hear the accents on TV, quite common sounding but that's obviously how I sound as well!! :rotfl: And as a claim to fame for any Atonement fans, the beach scene was filmed on Redcar seafront with local extras (hubby's friend & my Uncle were part of it) & our rather dilapitated cinema was used for a bar scene :j

Anyway, lcing still going well. I was stuffed after my pizza last night & thought I might have overdone it on the carbs but got weighed this morning & I'm definitely losing :D

    Menu for today:
    Pre-B - raspberry shake
B - 2 egg cheese/mush/ham/pepper omelette (will have later, too full at mo)
    L - 2 lc crispbreads with butter & cheese/HM coleslaw/HM soup
D - cod in butter sauce, cauli mash, green beans

Have a great day all, tis beautiful here again

Took me 2 hours to make my cauli pizza last night sweets, surely that can't be right? I was taking my time though as I wanted it to be a success.
