It's shaping up to be a lovely sunny day, was cloudy at 5am but clear skies now.
I think a bbq is on the menu :) and a good tidy up of the top garden.

My youngest has now left school, no more school runs, no more lunch money, no more rushing to get his uniform sorted :j

Just realised i've been doing the school run for my own kids for 34 years
    No wonder i'm chuffed.

Had a hard day, short staffed still, and someone phoned in sick last minute, leaving just me and the manager to run a full clinic.
Felt really odd in the evening, honestly thought my number was up

Was burning up and heart pounding with a strange feeling.
I just cant go without my sleep.

Sounds like you're overdoing things missus. You're not some sweet young thing that can burn the candle at both ends you know.:p:D

I get a raised temperature if I do a lot of physical stuff for a reasonably long time, gardening (digging) or shifting heavy things about all day. By bedtime, I feel like I'm getting flu, shivery, hot and very tired. It's always gone after a sleep. Been meaning to query it with the Doc but haven't done it yet as it doesn't happen every time, so easy to forget about again.
Mind you, I don't have a dodgy ticker and a less than effective pancreas to worry about.:kisses3:

What a shame we all don't live nearer to each other, we could have a celebratory[STRIKE] p*ss up[/STRIKE] glass of wine with you. :D

Well I was going to be going into town today to get a sports bra, (realised I needed one whilst running on the treadmill for all of one minute yesterday :o)....BUT it's pouring rain here, eldest wont take the dog out in the rain and youngest would have to come with me as OH is at work. So a trip into town will take at least 2 hours, I'd have to have a moany 10 year old in tow and then I'd need to take the dog out for an hour when I got back....so I wont bother. I'll go tomorrow when she's at school.

Very hungry today, not going to beat myself up but will have to try to not eat junk. Actually missing icing at the moment but I know I can't stick to lc whilst like this so it had better pass soon.

Hope the weather is better wherever you are today. :)

Thanks alias, glad its not just me, although i could never do a lot of physical work these days.
My friend rang me on Wednesday morning and i was puffing and panting down the phone, when i told her i'd only been cleaning the yard and sweeping the steps she was peeing herself laughing, she said she was the same, and we used to be so fit, she was sweating and out of puff getting ready to go out and putting her heated rollers in.
I thought it was because of my weight but she is slim so must be old age creeping up.

I had a sneaky nap and it's gone all cloudy :(

    I'd love a p*ss up with you lot :)

:rotfl: You know how peeps on MSE can be bad for assuming things? Well I think there's gonna be a few that will now assume I'm 25 stone. :D

I've just posted on another thread about finding out a bath weight limit.......I've just not so long ago had my bathroom done, they're going to jump to conclusions and think it's me I was talking about. :rotfl:Oh well. :D

    It's not btw. ;):D

Oh and btw, the M&S sports leggings I got *deep breath* in a size 20 are just a wee bit too big, I should have got an 18. Yay! They clearly have a lot of lycra in them. :rotfl: I still look like a shed though. :rotfl:

Oh, get me...how brave am I, first time I've put hard figures in type. Albeit kinda hidden.:D

Oh my, either I've just treated my skin tag sucessfully..or I've just burnt a flipping big hole in my bits. :rotfl:

It's a tag on a stalk iyswim, rather than a wee fat solid spot like thing....so when I 'Wartnered' it, it kinda flattened it and I thought it only got the top. So I did it again (despite the fact the instructions say to do it again 2 weeks after the first application:rotfl:) and made sure I got the side of the thing too.

So if this keeps working after initial application, I could end up with a double sized hole. :D

I resisted the temptation to just spray the stuff on direct until it froze solid and I could flick it off. :rotfl:

    Sorry daisy. :o:D
