Gawd you lot have had me in stitches tonight :rotfl:

Tags  scissors  been there and done that :D nice to know that its not just me although i do sympathise, i`ve done the cotton thing too.

Mine tend to be around my neck :ocan`t go walking around with a big piece of cotton blowing in the breeze so the scissors have been busy but i was shocked at the amount of pain involved.

    Have a good evening peeps.

I've also tried verucca stuff but was useless.

I now use ice cubes to freeze the area, no pain at all then, but i will be using wartner in future.

Lol you beat me, i didn`t get up until just after 4 then had to rush around like a loony to get ready to go to the bad place :D

Stashed in the fridge i have bacon, sausages and scramblies for breakfast (although i`m already starving and could eat it now)

For later i`ve a hm yogurt with a tiny bit of dried fruit that i popped in yesterday so it should now be all plumped up and soft.

For tea i`m planning on cauli pizza with the entire contents of the fridge on top :D picture a two foot high pizza :rotfl:

I`ll eat something else i`m sure but i also have an emergency shake on standby - got weighed this morning and have lost a pound which is a surprise after the pack of cheese thins last night, i`m trying to set myself small targets instead of trying to reach an almost imposible goal, so far so good.

    Have a lovely day peeps.

Morning everyone:) Does anyone have any tips for not being a miserbale b**** in the mornings, apart from the obvious stay in bed, OH has started a new job and I need to drop him off at 6am, its really killing me and I am the worst person I have ever met in the mornings, I'm snappy, moody and cant even string a sentance together, dont even think about cracking a smile, I dont feel any better until about an hour after getting up and having caffine and nicotine:oin my system but in truth I dont think I wake up properly until lunch time each day when I start to feel positive and get loads of work done, I even shouted at my beloved dog:( this morning and I fell asleep last night at about 11 so that should be enough sleep shouldnt it? Now I have to appologise to OH, DD for waking her whilst shouting at the dog and all the animals cos I scared them:(
Thank you for this site Martin

Lol i used to be like this many moons ago Glowgirl, i work shifts now and get up at stupid o clock and then change around to getting home at stupid o clock, your body gets used to it so if it is to be a regular thing then you will soon be ok - just doesn`t seem like it atm.

When i`m on the earlies i try to have a nap for an hour in the late afternoon and that usually sees me through, when you get up make a cuppa straight away and go and stand down the garden in the peace and quiet and have a ciggie, you will feel so much better afterwards :D

An early snack of a couple of cold precooked sausages is good too.

    ((((HUGS))))

I am with you on that one :D:D:D

Glowgirl - what time do you actually have to be up? My kids are normally up at 6am. For me to function propertly I have to be in bed by 10 to 10.30 at the latest. I find anything after 11 (like last night :o) leaves me with sore eyes etc. How many hours of sleep do you normally need to feel good in the mornings? I need significantly more than 8 hours eek! This doesn't go well with kids who wake in the night and are early risers......
