I've got one in an awkward place (in amongst my pubic hair :o Sorry :D)that I really want rid of, it's not a good look when I defuzz and am left with this sticky out thing. I'm worried about it bleeding though...do they bleed a lot? It's fairly big. Am I likely to end up running to get stitches? Is it sore? I tried wrapping thread round it one day and couldn't do it as it was too nippy.:rotfl:I'm quite woosey these days. :rotfl: That's not how you spell it, is it? :D

I'm a bit of an expert on skin tags I'm afraid to say:o, if you have one on the large side the best self treatment is Wartner, it wont hurt, just a bit stingy and cold, it will just shrivel up and die:Dno bleeding but depending on size you might need 2 or 3 applications, the instructions will explain. Also, if its been difficult to remove you might be left with a very slight scar that will fade in time. I was told to do this by a dermatologist who removed a few for me with this method and said it was safe to do at home, he was right, smaller ones can be cut off with nail scissors (or clippers) but bleed loads and will probably come back at some point - hth:)
Thank you for this site Martin

Aw bless, daisy. :D I take it you're tag free then. :D

It's little bits of skin that grow upwards and outwards so they end up like upside down water droplet shaped things on your skin.

An alternative method is to get drunk and try to kiss them whilst telling them you love them. :rotfl:

I'm well on my way tonight. :D Half a bottle has been consumed and since it's been a wee while since I last had booze...it's going to my head. I will have to starve and run fast t omorrow to make up for all of this. :D
