Lol.
You couldn't make it up.
You could, and you have
Only joking
I had sciatica a good few years ago, to this day dont know how i did it, only tried to get out of bed.
I was at my fattest too, two ambulancement men carting me downstairs on a stretcher, you'd think that would've been enough to make me lose weight eh :rotfl:
The morphine was delicious tho
Did get one more bout, but bought a good quality memory foam mattress topper, and never had a twinge since.
You may need some physio tho.
Hopefully it'll be gone in a few days.0 -

my goals for the next few weeks are
* eat (much) less crap, and more fruit and veg
* drink more water
* get into a sleep routine
* exercise more
going to focus on the first two this week, and ease myself in gently.
i have more padding now, i probably wouldn't feel them as muchas an aside, can i just say how happy i am that your antlers live to snag another cardi :j
as for the skinny minx comment, i know if i'm honest i would be hard pressed to justify calling myself 'fat', but i'm getting increasingly alarmed at my inability to stop eating crap even though i can see the pounds starting to creep on. so it's a case of taking action now (in the hope that it will still be relatively easy to shift) rather than wait until I've gained another few stone and a lot more bad habits.
i'm currently weighing in at around 9 stone 7, when i first got together with my OH i was 7 and a half - they say love makes you fat! i want to get back to the 8 and a half / nine stone bracket. don't want to go much smaller than that for fear my boobs will disappear  - i'm not exactly jordan as it is, so i'm quite happy with the boost that came from my weight gain. no ultra shock absorbing sorts bra needed for me :rotfl:
mazzers - sorry you're feeling down. tomorrow is a new (and hopefully brighter) day :kisses3:
Welcome pav - it's great fun on here:D I am the same as you, not fat but not happy with my current size (well, the way I was heading) anyway, I have got to my target weight of 8stone now and my boobies have gone - profile view I am an ironing board,
Now I don't know what to do - put a little bit back on or get a boob job:cool:0 -
The half a bottle of Baileys that forced itself on to me on Saturday night has caused me to put 2 lbs on - but I'm in such a good mood today I couldn't care less:D
alias, its a sign, we wernt meant to sweat it down the gym just stroll about looking aloof and gorgeous;)
Foxy, get yourself a decent padded bra and some chicken fillets, La Senza have a sale on atm:)
Really must get off MSE and do some work:DThank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0 -
Thank you alias and glowgirl, i weighed myself this morning and thought I would of put a couple of pounds on because at the weekend I was drinking wine and 3 YES 3 blue wkds, then went to my mums for sunday dinner yesterday and had a small yorkshire pud and a stuffing ball with my meat and I have still managed to lose 1lb??
Oh well, am not moaning, but I am worried how I am going to maintain for 6 long weeks now, I think I started too early, I didn't realise it would come off this quick.:)0 -

Nope - i`ve got it all :rotfl:
Took a shake to work this morning and never had it
I had a sandwich for brekkie and then some crisps and 4 mini sausage rolls, on the plus side it was a normal sized bag of crisps and not one of the huge ones and i`ve not eaten since so will skip dinner and just have tea later.
We were supposed to be having a roast type dinner yesterday but DH went a bit mad in Morrisons and we ended up with a curry, they were BOGOF apparently so there is another one in the bloomin fridge and it won`t freeze as the freezer is rammed, i could honestly scream sometimes. So now we have a curry with tomorrows date on and beef which needs eating too
Think i`ll throw the towel in now with the lcing as everything including DH seems to be working against me and its never got properly off the ground this time despite my good intentions.
Think that in a couple of days i`ll dig out some of my old SW stuff and see if i can meal plan from the freezer for some meals. We really need to get the blooming thing emptied soon. Good news is that its my turn at the supermarket this week so i shall undo some of the spending damage that DH has no doubt done as i`ve not seen hide nor hair of the receipt yet despite asking for it three times *rolls eyes*
Hows everyone doing who tried the Body fortress shakes? I think that they make me feel hungrierThe Maxitone ones keep me full up though so when the huge tub has finally bit the dust i shall go back to those but thats a long way off.
Welcome Pav  and a huge Well done to Foxy :j
I`m off for an hour on the sofa as i`m sooo tired that i can feel one of my heads coming on.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
I've had a rubbish afternoon. I can hardly move so have been on the couch most of the day flicking through the channels. I've spent the last couple of hours in tears, I seem to have found all the sad things on tv. A wee dog had to get put down because it bit a kid (but it ended up that way because the owner was a useless git and it was left to run amok in the house). You saw it going into the vets and being carried out afterwards and buried in the owner's garden.
Then I caught the tail end of Ghost Whisperer (which I never watch) and a Mum had died and left her 3 kids. You saw her watching over them as a ghost and having to say goodbye.
I seem to have my over emotional head on right now. I hope no-one comes to the door....I'm all red and puffy.
I've also ate loads of crap simply because I've been sitting about all day.
I read an article in the Daily Record about someone who got hypnotised into believing she'd had a gastric band fitted. I'm off to find out more........:DHerman - MP for all!0 -
