Right, I’ve done it, I’ve ordered some celebrity slim online. Didn't realise you couldn't buy it in shops but it was easy to order on the rowlands site. I also bought a few other bar brands in boots to compare flavours.
  • Sorry to sound stupid but can you make porridge with oat bran gettingready? Thats my usual winter breakfast - or at least will be until I switch to meal replacements soon.

Yes, you can - with water or skimmed milk. I don't like porridge and haven't made it myself. It seems to be popular amongst other Dukan dieters, though.

catlover, I hope you don't mind me saying this, but please be careful with meal replacements. They don't help you get into a pattern of healthy eating and can mean that you, therefore, put your weight back on again after you finish using them. Also, I'd be a little worried about the healthiness of eating them in any case.

Thank you, that looks really good, if a tad complicated but I'm sure I could get used to it. Are there any free apps or does anyone know of another?

Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,

thanks - have actually signed up for the vida one now, it looks so comprehensive and to be honest, I really need that kind of structure to do this properly or I'm a bit hit and miss. I've got some time to spare today - and it's raining - so can spend a while tailoring it to what I need. And you're a good example to follow too, - many thanks.
