...oh shut up all of you....

I had a big plate of home made chips for lunch, (Hello, my name is Liz and I'm a carboholic) Not to be confused with carbolic!

As I'm such an expert at excuses, I did actually go and dig the spuds while the oil was heating up, so there must have been some goodness in there as well.

God I've got 2 days to reach this week's target. Oh no, just remembered I had some reduced to clear cake when I was out earlier too. Another justification - if it's on bogof it's only half as fattening. I wish.

Oh no, just remembered I also bought some wine, so that's what's in that glass. How is it that I can so easily forget fattening foods I've had, but so easily remember everything healthy I did and ate!!

Mañana is another day - go girls with the vodka and crisps, then let's all start afresh tomorrow.
