yep its really good, you can make your own food from a list of ingredients so it only needs to be done once, and you can copy n paste meals so after a couple of weeks you should have most things you need programmed into it
all us biggest loser fans are used to lbs0 -
Thanks Butterfly I start tomorrow!
Got my fridge full of the things I can eat on the Attack phase and am going to try 5 days on it. How many did you do?
I did 7 days first then 5. Please remember to add oats to Your food it helps with digestion witch is always a problem.
Good LUCK!!!0 -
Hello all!
Can I join in? I used to be on dragon's threads but I slipped off it and my diet has slipped as well. (I did go off and get married in between and gained 3lbs on my honeymoon!oops!)
Still back on the diet and really needing some support so this looks like the place! I'm currently 12.10 (as of today) so although the plan was to lose 28lbs by Chrismas in reality that might be a bit of a tall order! Instead I'll aim for a healthy weight for my height which is 11.4 and a total weigh loss of 20 lbs.
I'm going to do this by eating less, drinking more water and swimming every morning then walking the dogs at night.
Oh the other thing I've started doing again is batch cooking from scratch. This saves me money and calories (Win win!)
Has anyone else got a big event coming up or is it Christmas for all of us?Mortgage Free by 40 Challenge #190 -
Hi wkd.
This thread has died off a bit of late, we're prob all a bit fed up
Christmas for me too ( but i've been saying since the 90's :rotfl: )0 -
Hi Peeps
Hi Wkdhoney :hello: I`m probably the last person that you want to be talking to now :rotfl:
I`ve spent the day or rather most of it in the kitchen
I`ve made enough turkey dinner to feed us for two days, turkey, stuffing, jacket potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onions and onion gravy
A huge chocolate cake with chocolate frosting in the middle and chocolate on top - this is an early birthday cake for hubs but he will be away for his birthday hence me making it today, i`d started on it before he got home from work though :rotfl:
I also made a dozen soft bread rolls and a huge pan of spicy lentil & veg soup. The kitchen looked like a bomb site and when the sun shone through the window it looked hazy through a sea of floating icing sugarNote to self - never wear a white t-shirt when making chocolate cake
The kitchen is now scrubbed and the bread maker and yogurt maker are already on the timers to switch on overnight and the dishwasher is almost full - i had to wash lots of pots already today.
Back to òrrible work tomorrow so i`m relaxing with a glass of voddie and i have some wine for later.
Enough of my non dieting ways for now - i`ll leave you in peace
Mazzers - :hello:
Have a good evening peeps.
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
No voddie, but got the lime and lemonade. Not quite the same. Also got the cheese & onion crisps.
I've given up even talking about dieting, head's just not in the right place at the moment. Blubber abounds.Herman - MP for all!0 -
