lol daisy, she's in the spare room now. It's done but it's empty (no furniture at all) and her mattress is on the floor. She's happy she has her own space again now though. I've been in her 'real' room today stripping off old wallpaper so I've made a start a least.

    Btw...maybe you're farting out excess calories. :D

    and you....

when you phone your mates up for a natter, do you always talk about politics and the financial state the country is in...or do you talk generalised crap like the rest of us?

    I rest my case. :D

I wouldn't mind but I talk the biggest lot of inconsequential drivel on here. :DShut it Eric.

I`m skint but am planning on a big spend in a few minutes whilst i`ve still got chance to buy summat :D

There`s something that i`ve wanted for a while and tbh had forgotten about but another thread reminded me, i`ve got some cash saved from birthday pressies etc so i`m going to spend it in a few minutes and then i`m off to watch Midsummer turds (our pet name for it):D I can finish watching it in bed until i fall asleep and then watch the end tomorrow.

I currently weigh xxxx tons and have not been dieting at all - there said it now :o I`m eating nice wintery type foods cos the weather has been minging and i`m fed up, soups , stews, pasta and the like and i`ve been too tired to really care. I may try and make SW versions of them soon but not just yet. I do have some braising steak that i intend to turn into pasties but i don`t think that there`s a diet on this earth that will allow those :D

Anyhow, i`m off to spend some dosh! :D

I have a sneaking suspicion that you've been drinking SD :p

Lordy.. i have eaten so much, had a lovely meal earlier and been picking savouries ever since :o

Only just realised (after a lifetime of alcohol consumption *rolls eyes* ) that i always feel 'slim' after drinking.. and why is this??
it's coz of fluid depletion as dehydration kicks in, and my belly goes down down down, which obviously (*rolls eyes again* ) indicates that i retain way to much fluid on my usual diet, and my weight loss when cutting out bread is down to fluid loss.. plain and simple, thats why i prob never get beyond the first stone :(

Anyhoo, off to bed, had almost a full bottle of vodka ka ka :)

I envy you the voddie, i`ve got none in the house at all - that may just have to be rectified this weekend :D

    Morning gang

its quiet enough here to be able to sneak a quick post in, i`ve had someone with me the last few days that i have to train so its not easy to get a few mins to myself like i normally do.

I splurged last night and bought this http://www.excaliburdehydrator.com/5-Tray-SMALL-GARDEN-Excalibur-26-hour-Timer-3526T-27-37-regular-prod.htm

Hopefully i should recieve it on Friday and i can start working my way through the food that i have stashed in every nook and cranny in the house :o

Both freezers are rammed and the fridge and cupboards are bursting and i still have quite a bit more produce from the garden so hopefully this will give me [STRIKE]chance to play[/STRIKE] some more storage options. I had a good read a while ago and liked all the things that i can use it for so now i`ve taken the plunge :D

My boss has just mashed the keyboard so i`d best take the hint now that i`ve deleted the mess that he made of my post :rotfl: always sneaking about that one lol.

Catch y`all later, have a good day peeps.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

    I dont have a sore head :)
and it was cheap vodka. My friends drink the expensive stuff so as not to get a headache.. i never do so i can stick to paintstripper :D

Still feel slim, belly quite [STRIKE]flat [/STRIKE] unbloated, i'm sure a slice of toast will remedy that tho :(
  • Morning everyone

I can't drink anymore (it now takes me 2 days to get rid of a hangover!!!). It must be an age thing, because I used to drink like a fish:rotfl:

Anyway, im going to try and motivate myself to do a bit of an upperbody workout today. (Lets see how that goes!!?!)

    The thought is there..........

So, I was trying to get back to normal eating today. Been holding the weight steady, amazingly enough, but couple of pounds has gone on over the past week. So what did I have for breakfast? Leftover birthday cake from yesterday. And now a friend has invited me to afternoon tea at Liberty, how can I say no?! So I guess the diet starts tomorrow. Although I might try to do like a thin person and not eat anything else today. Yeah, watch how that goes ....
