Sunny, hope the freecycle woman turned up. Tbh that's what puts me off advertising anything on there. If we have anything needing a new home I usually phone our local charity shop to see if they would be interested as they take furniture as well.
hanno, how are things going with you?? You haven't posted an update (or confession) lately0 -
It would be more of a confession really
Feeling rough today. Trying to get back to trying.. had an oatbran and mushroom omlette for brekkie and some fried mushrooms with Brie, onion, tomato and salami for lunch.
Taking it as it comes. We'll see.
Thanks for asking0 -
Cheers for the kind thoughts guys. Normal service is now resumed. See >
Had a mini explosion/breakdown this morning. Tears were shed, accusations were yelled and stomping was done.
Upshot was...help was had re:house and tickets have been booked for the pictures tomorrow.
Tis just a shame things get that bad before people take notice.
Btw sweet, the school mums these days could be my daughters. Gymslip Mums abound up here. Not got a lot in common with most of them unfortunately.

Hi peeps.
Have been reading but not posting, been really worn out.
Will be glad when work is fully staffed again
On a positive note, i've lost 2lb already, now i know it's only water, but at least it's going down not up for a change.
I've managed to get an idea of what i should be eating again.
I will need to study my books tomorrow tho for some more breakfast ideas, i'm having my healthy options b as my main meals in work (jkt potato and salad lunchtime and a wholemeal ham salad roll teatime) am loving the new muller light yogurts chocolate and cherry/orange, omg they are lush.
Also having lots of fruit ( causing a few probs in the bowel dept tho, not used to so much fruit since lcing)
Had ham egg and SW chips for lunch on my day off work and it really hit the spot, i only do red days as i dont lose on green.
Could do with some info regarding treats....to eric
would like to have some sort of low syn chocolatey bar ( any ideas welcome) been having the new mini ryvita thingys and the odd go ahead bar but dont know the syn value of either.
Lots i wanted to reply to but it's been two days so i'll give up, i aint going back to reread.
Off work tomorrow so a beef dinner is on the menu0 -
