    Hello again :)

Not done a great deal today.
Another long shift tomorrow, hope it doesn't take long to get used to it.

I have got a sore pimply chin, i never had pimples when i was a teen, it's the hormones in the coil apparently

My totm has been brill so far tho, totally normal :j
So i'll just have to put up with the pimples

Sweet - we all have blips. You have been a real inspiration to me in my quest to get rid of the lard. You WILL be able to do it.

:o Aww, what a nice thing to say, but I do think you have me confused with someone else :o:rotfl:

    Morning peeps :hello:

I'm going to try & be a smiley happy peep today :DEven though I feel like sh*te :o

Hubby accused me of being negative last night, so it's not just on this thread, it's in real life as well!! :rotfl: To be fair, he's being a miserable sod as well because of his appendix, so I have a lot to put up with!! That & my hormones, what a combination!! :rotfl:

Have to take my Dad to the Dentist to get his new gnashers today - I keep picturing Raymond Briggs 'The Snowman' animation in my head where he puts a pair of false teeth in & then does a big cheesy smile - does anyone know what I mean?? I hope I don't burst out laughing when I'm in there, I'm giggling to myself just thinking about it!! :D I could easily lose the plot the way I'm feeling atm :o

I'd better go & have my shower, maybe see you all later

Been very good today so far had my breakfast, small bowl of cereal and a bit of milk, which was quite impressive as I woke up late lol!:rotfl:
Just wish it would make me feel better, feeling really down today!

    *warning* rant *warning*
Hate my job because it is so boring and my boss does not trust me with any responsibility at all. I am desperately trying to find a new job in Accounts which is what I am training for!! And to top it all off, I fell off the non smoking wagon after 3 months so really annoyed with myself!!:mad::mad:
    *rant over*

Ok that's my 5 minutes of self pity, will now concentrate on being a happy person willing to solve everyone else's problems!!:A

So how is everyone else doing today??

    xx

Good day yesterday, apart from the chips ~ sssh, but really, birthday steak (not my birthday) without chips? No cake though.

So, today, gonna be dead good, I keep saying it, but this time I mean it. Weigh is Fri morning, with a friend, the loser (the one who loses least), has to pay for the posh coffee. The posh coffee shop does the best, the best, chocolate slab type cakes, which are rich and filling, the deal is, if we lose more than 5lb (this week, cos we're still new to it and have been crap up till now), we can allow ourselves a well done treat. If I want my treat, I'd better be exceptionally good, as at the mo, I reckon I'm on hiding to na empty purse and no cake!

Good luck for the rest of the week guys.
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

Gravity Tolls, that sounds really self-defeating. Why not pick a really nice non-food treat? What's the point of losing 5lb and then pigging out only to put some of it back on again? Why not go and have a facial to celebrate, or buy some posh body treatment stuff or something? How much more do you want to lose?

OMG that could almost have been my post! I felt soooo low this morning, and the poor kids took the brunt of it: I think they just thought 'Oh here she goes again. Quick, get us to school before she blows up or something'!

Don't worry about 'falling off' Mystery. It's not the falling off you have to worry about, it's the getting back on and trying to stay there! Forget it, it's done, gone, past.. psh. Today's a new week, and we are non smokers again! <nods firmly>

Had a lovely, long, brisk walk with 'puppaloe' .. (doesn't quite work does it Sunny.. lol). My belt felt a bit loose whilst walking along, so I tightened it up to the next hole, so must be doing something right..

Also, I shouldn't post this, because you'll think I'm bonkers, but I felt like the trees healed me... I love trees. They have an energy, a strong, silent power.. As I continued walking through them, I felt better and better... I can get through the day now, in a reasonably productive way, rather than wallowing and wasting it.. feels good :)
