Sunny, where do you get your energy from

Maybe i've just become lazy ;)

I used to make wine, lovely it was too, but verrry strong.. hic indeed.

Very still, overcast day here, looks full off rain :(
My pots are looking lovely though with all the sun we've had, spilling over with prettyness :)

The house seems to have stayed tidier so its middley that messes it up it seems.

    Right, off for a coffee.

Morning all. Acupuncturist again today. I'm really wary of saying this in case I'm just tempting fate but TOTM is approaching and I haven't been in my Hulk costume (yet?). I can't say whether it's made any difference to the eating thing as I'm firmly on the path to destruction anyway (nothing to do with hormonal eating) so I don't know if I'd been good, would I have experienced the same food issues or not. Even if it makes no odds to the eating, I'll be pleased if it's made me less hormonal. It'll be one thing less on my list of things that bug me. This coming week should tell.

(Breakfast: 2 packets or Morrisons 'Salt or Not' crisps and 2 cups of tea.)

daisy ... be proud you're the class swot girl, I'd happily be the chosen one for a week or two. :rotfl:

    sarah...tis only cos I'm jealous. :D

    sunny...turbo cider sounds interesting . :D

Lightweight, I'll raise you 2 pieces of buttered toast & a wispa duo

Morning all, I'm back up to nearly 14 stone :hello:

Had a lovely but very tiring weekend eating, drinking & getting very merry!! :rotfl: I had my 'pretend confident' head on about my dress even though I didn't feel that good tbh. My Scottish rellies are all teeny tiny in dress sizes & a couple of them had shrunk even more from the last time I'd seen them. Is there such a thing as an English Yeti?! Well that's what I felt like at times (until the wine kicked in & then I didn't give a hoot).

So, I'm not lcing today, maybe tomorrow?? I won't insult your intelligence by pretending I don't have anything LC in to eat today because I do, I just don't want to eat it!! I prefer chocolate today :o

I could really do with going back to bed just now but I've gotta go & see my Dad, no doubt his fridge is bare as no beggar else does any shopping for him. I don't know what he's gonna do when I'm away with you lot ;)

Talking of which, mazzers I was crossing my legs when you were saying about that coil!! 5 attempts?! Sorry to hear you couldn't go down the other routes though :(

Anyway, maybe see you later

Ps. good luck with the acupuncture today, alias
and hello to everyone else :D

Yay! Hi sweet. :) Glad you had a good time (once the booze kicked in, lol). Btw, don't worry about your Dad, as either me or Maz will be rich by then we will either take him too and stick him in a beach hut someplace or we'll hire a couple of [STRIKE]dolly birds[/STRIKE] responsible nursing staff to look after him and do his shopping etc.

Oh and you can add a chocolate flapjack onto the list. :o

I think I've been pretty good, a slice of birthday cake and a quarter sarnie at a bday party ~ just to be sociable, all LC apart from that.

This morning, DD didn't want her cheerios, so I ate them, I just can't bear to throw stuff out! Will be super good from now on though, want to lost another big chunk of lard this week.
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

    Morning,

Feeling low today, had some relationship probs over weekend so I've had a permanent headache. Didnt even eat anything Sat I was that angry. But last night had some salt and pepper ribs (3) and spring rolls (mini) and 2 glasses of wine and soda. Which I feel immensely guilty for especially as I didnt really enjoy it that much.

However was impressed this morning to see that the scales havent gone up! I go on holiday on Sunday so need to lose as much as I can this week - a stone would be nice, pmsl.

Woo hoo. Although I have a stinking cold I am in a good mood as I just got given the office £100 sweepstake as I had Spain the world cup draw. Tis an unwritten rule that the person who hates football the most wins the draw. Ha! Will be using it to buy a colleague's iPhone when he upgrades later this month.

My cold is making me really want comfort food. Bah.
