    Good hevening peeps

bit late getting one here today, i`m on the super early shift for a while now, up at 4am home just before 4pm, hour on the sofa and spend the rest of the evening trying to come round

Did check my mail before leaving for home though - Alias did it work? :D

Todays meals have been bacon, buttered scramblies and sausages for brekkie, dinner was a pepperami and some cubes of cheese. For a snack when i got home i had two sausages :D

I`ve still not made the chicken chasseur so may do that later for tea, i`ve got everything to make it apart from the mushrooms and can`t think of anything to replace them with so i shall just leave them out.

Alias -:eek: i`ve no idea what to make of your dream, just hope that you ate lots of cheese or something before bed and that it was a one off. ((((HUGS)))) I`ve not had really vivid dreams for ages, i can remember how scary they were though. Hope i`ve not set myself up for one by saying that

Mazzers - Shame that you ended up with the least attractive option. Your safety has got to come first though, think i must have got lots of these ère fibroid thingys cos my tum is huge :D Have some more cake and don`t think about it.

Hannoja - Good find re the frankfurters :D when i open the fridge usually its my lc stuff that has disappeared *rolls eyes* would be a nice change to find some instead :D Tis very warm weather for woofaloes donchya think? my two have been asleep for most of the day and are both still snoring now - can hardly hear the telly :D

I`m off down the garden in a mo to pick some bits from the veggie plants.

    Have a good evening peeps.

I wrote loads of things in reply to that Maz but deleted them as I thought I might have been the only one who found them funny and everyone else might just have thought I was being a cheeky git. :D

Anyway, it was the link for the blood monitor thingy that worked. After a few attempts. :D

Tonight is an old half bottle of wine, new bottle of Disarono and peanut night.

Probably wont see you all first thing. :rotfl:

    Morning folks :)

I did okay yesterday. Had a salad with one of those little tins of mackarel in for lunch. Oh and a tablespoon of 'cool oil' mixed in. Was yumtious! Later on I had a couple of Aldi crackers and a GG cracker with cheese, then we went out to a lovely pub with a big garden and great kids play area and ate there. I had steak, peas, tomatoes, onion rings and chips, but I gave the chips and half of the o. rings to the boys. I did sink a couple of pints of beer, but all in all I'm quite happy with the day.

Yes it is hot for 'woofaloes' Sunny. They cope with it though. I think it's just because they pant - it makes it look more 'serious' to us.. they're good at finding water whilst out, then they spend the rest of their lives sleeping! (well, most of it it seems). It's a dog's life eh! :D

Our pup had escaped last night.. we got home and there he was at the bottom of the garden.. he'd chewed through a plastic fence/netting type thing over the gate. Dunno whether he'd just got out, been for an adventure and just got back, or what, but we were just relieved that he hadn't been run over or something!
(I would've taken him with us, but OH didn't want to.. I also thought we should shut our bedroom doors, but OH said it'd be fine, and 'he's part of the family'.. doggy had been up at the window and knocked off a nice, big oil burner I bought recently.. smashed :( Men! When will I learn to follow my instinct instead of always thinking others know better! :undecided)

I've just had a couple of Aldi crackers with Bertolli on - incidentally, what's the best/healthiest butter/spread.. both from a LC point of view (butter?) and from a health pov.. (olive spread, those so-called cholesterol-reducing spreads............ etc...?) ?
Will have some kind of salad with fish or cheese or whatever I can find for lunch, with cool oil etc..

Anyway, have a great day peeps! :)

I asked that, was told it isn't, doc said he doesn't know why as it's very much like a cesarean, i think if it was life saving surgery it'd be different and they'd do it.

    Ah well.

I wouldn't accept that, If the procedure can be done like that and its safer for you demand it, you have the right to be refereed to other consultants if needs be, put your foot down! bang some heads together !!

    sweet....you're off the hook. :D

hanno....glad pup was ok and still around. I had a hamster once who was an escape artist. Put us through some worry at times, I can tell you. :rotfl:
