Well I'm just back from an early dinner in a nearby pub restaurant. Steak and Ale pie with chips and loadsa veg. Desperate Dan size portions they give. :D Sorry if that wasn't appropriate given the thread. :rotfl:

    I've got a new motto, it involves not 'giving a sh*t'. :D

You need a holiday, if i were rich i'd sent you somewhere exotic, sod it, i'd come with you ;)
We could have a fortnight of lipo, a tuck here and there, some lifting, massages, hair nails and make up, lots of alcohol, and home just as the bruising faded :j

Well you s*ds, I turn my back for a minute and you're sticking a knife in it!

I'm full of cold. Headachey, phlegm, itchy runny nose, the works. Cack. Have made a mass of food today that I'm not even going to eat (all for husband who is low carbing. V nice coleslaw, plus a red pepper and feta quiche). Shine my halo someone. Had amazing prawns on the barbie yesterday, really massive raw ones the size of crayfish that my butcher gets in. So tasty. And made a stock from teh shells which smells divine, so I'm waltzing round like Nigella. Shame I feel like something lying at the bottom of the bin...

The weight loss is static at the moment Mazzers, thanks for asking. probably due to the large glass of wine and mini-binge I had the other day (think it was the onset of the cold, probably my body telling me to EAT ANYTHing nOw! but I ddin't realise that at the time). Had some of DS's aero that was in his cupboard and tasted loads of foods that were lying around the kitchen. Naughty. Enough to mean no loss since weds and that's a long time on this diet. IT's just so sensitive. I'm also fed up with my stomach. The rest of me may be a size 12 but no one has passed this information to my flabby, unnattractive pouch. I don't want to spend the whole of my holiday sucking in my gut but at this rate I will - only 4 pounds to their goal weight and unless it all comes off my abdomen I think I'll be resetting my goal.

Anyway. How' everyone else been doing this weekend? I desperately want wine but I'm avoiding. Spose I'd better go look atthe footy - if Spain win I get £100 from the office sweepstake!

Yeah, I have surgery at the back of my mind. But before I would allow myself to even consider that, I need to prove to myself that I can maintain a proper weight. No point if I just pig it all back on again in a couple of years. So you did it huh? How long did it take to recover? And may I ask a ball park figure?

    Morning peeps

chucking it down here this morning. I`ve just checked the weather and it looks like its here to stay for a while! Thats put paid to my plans for the next couple of afternoons.

I`d planned to start off some more carrots, onions and salad and earth up the spuds as well as sort a couple of sleepers out but thats a no-no now, ah well i`ll just have to get on with the wine making instead :D

Over the last couple of days i`ve bottled the blackberry wine and strained the fruit from the blackcurrant wine and started off some white :D

If i`m not too shattered later i`ll start off some more white and i`m planning on trying turbo cider :D hic!

Foodwise i`m much the same, weightwise similar too. I just keep putting the same couple of pounds on and then losing it again *rolls eyes* I`ve not cheated though so can`t understand it but my clothes do feel nice and loose. In fact a pair of jeans that i used to squash myself into have now started falling down. Weird.

Brekkie today is the usual buttered scramblies, sausage, and bacon. Dinner is a chicken leg with cheese and salami for snacks.

Not sure about tea yet, can`t really decide.

Best go, need to look like i`m doing some work :D

    Have good days peeps.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p
