I bought my DD a ring with small black diamonds for her 21st from there, the stones started falling out after a couple of wears, fortunately they exchanged it wothout any grief and the replacement has been fine for 18 months or so.0

I'm sure that some people have had problems with Ernest Jones and some people have had problems with Goldsmiths and some people have had some problems with every jeweller under the sun.
It hardly seems fair to start a thread slagging off a generally respected high street jeweller without giving them the opportunity to rectify the situation first. You might find that their customer service is second to none.I'll see what happens in the morning.....eek! x

The only thing I have said is that I won't buy from there again.
I may get brilliant customer service tomorrow, but I still wouldn't buy from them again because I'd be too scared.
