  • Has anyone else had problems with online banking? I've tried logging in for days but get an error page. I've just spoken to them on the phone and it seems my account number (as opposed to current card number) is different? But tried logging in with that but it didn't work. I'm currently waiting an additional card for a family member, and was told to wait until that arrives, activate it and try again. Does this make any sense to anyone else, or am I missing something really obvious?

    You need to use the account number from the top of your statement to login. This is not your card number. Is this the one you are using?
  • Yes, but that's the one the associate told me had changed. I've never tried logging in using my card number, the account number is completely different! But the new account number they told me started off like a card number. Confusing!

    Yes, we have had problems with this too. My Tesco Credit Card won't work either, wonder if it is a problem with Tesco, yet you say Asda as well. Not tried it there.

    Have a look higher in this thread. You'll see the self-service petrol pump problem has been discussed before. Mine is fine in Asda now but I haven't tried Tesco lately.

    Can anyone remember, off the top of your head, when the anniversary of the 3% cashback starts? Is it from the time you activated your card?

    Since GE Money provided an online service I've been unable to log on to their website to check my account.

    This has been going on for months, resulting in the usual promises of call backs, repeating myself over and over, and being offered the same remedy which never works.

    At last they've admitted they have a technical problem and it's effecting other users. Anyone else out there experienced this probem? If so is it still pending?

    I had them on and off, it was down at one point for over a week shortly after its launch, but lately it has been fine. I dont know if maybe a firewall cause problems, I called to check it was not my account and they said no it was the site. James

    I've not accessed my account online for a long time, but having just tried it worked fine.

    I've logged in to my account on an (at least) weekly basis since I posted that online access was available and never had any problems. I'm logged in at the moment as well and all is ok.
