Cashback is paid in September and March. Although last time they deducted it from the September bill. I'm also getting 3% on everythinghope it lasts

3% for me this month as well. I think its standard now until you hit the limit and it drops back to 0.5%0

My card was rejected at the checkout in Asda the other night. I was spending £55 so didn't want to lose the cashback. I just got the assistant to try it four or five times and it worked eventually.0

Sorry, I'm a bit behind everyone else it seems as it took a while to get my card. Is 5k the limit before they stop doing the 3% cashback then?0

I'm up to £3,900 atm (after 4 months usage) but might go over next month as I need to get some Christmas stuff. Will post back with the results unless someone else has already passed the 5k mark and beats me to it.

Hi!
1st off I am new and this is my first post so it's nice to meet you all.
I have never had a credit card, mortgage or loan and when I checked my credit file there was only one thing on it (a closed NTL service account).
I applied for a GE Money Everyday 3% Cashback card back in August as it appeared a good deal and a friend of mine also applied. I was approved over the telephone with a £2,500 limit. A credit agreement arrived about two weeks after (man these guys are slowwww). I returned it and heard nothing.
31 October I called them and they said they had never received my agreement and sent me a copy. I was surprised as the 3% card appears to have been withdrawn. That agreement arrived over 2 weeks later. I sent it back and chased it the other day and they said they have received the agreement and a card and PIN is being prepared. I wonder how long it will take to arrive.
To be honest I don't find their telephone help line particularly brilliant and they seem very slow and disorganised. Well thats the impression they gave to me.
Has anyone here got this card and if so do you get the 3% in ASDA or Morrissons and how have you found GE Money overall?
Cheers

Yes, you'll get 3% in Asda and Morrisons. In fact to the best of my knowledge so far everybody has got 3% on ALL purchases - not just food and fuel.Stompa0 -
Do many people think this offer will end up being reduced down to a miserly 0.5%?0

I don't see how it can be sustained indefinitely, so my own view it that it will be reduced at some point - probably sooner rather than later.Stompa0
