GE '3%' Cashback Card

Where my two CC were GE Money for Food & Fuel, and Morgan Stanley Platinum for everything else... with GE closing the accounts and MS now charging annual fees... I'm switching over to Barclaycard Cashback for Food & Fuel, and either Post Office or Nationwide as my backup card (or as the primary card for use when abroad).0

The best cashback deals I can find at the moment are:
Capital One: 4% Cashback on all purchases in the first 3 months (already mentioned)
American Express: 3% Cashback for 3 months (already have) - but not widely excepted (extra CB via Quidco)
Barclaycard: 2% cashback on supermarket and petrol - can't see any clauses other than cashback is only up to £15 per month and I don't think this is an introductory offer.0
