I'm in the process of changing from Powergen Age Concern to EBICO. So far so good. A lady phoned yesterday advising that the change over will be completed by 16th August. They are sending out the paperwork and we have to give meter readings.
All seems to be going very smoothly so far. From reading the postings on MSE all seem positive. Looking forward to ditching Powergen.
