If you are genuinely too stupid to see that continuous attacks on my professional ability are personal and not related to the subject at hand you are far stupider than I gave you credit for - possibly I misjudged you, too.

    So funny and ironic.
I pointed out a correction you made to another poster did not make sense and attempted to have a bit light hearted humour
[note to self] carolt does not understand humour[/note to self]
by saying "must do better with your corrections".
This is seen as a personal attack on your professional ability and not related to the subject.

I have constantly related to the subject asking you to explain why you obviously think it is still correct and have chosen to ignore (be ignorant) responding to the subject matter.

I think you would find it is I who has repeatedly tried to keep it on the topic and you who has run away from the subject crying that you are being personally attacked (like you haven't attacked me as a BTL LL, or in the above post . It's ok, I don't cry about it though. I'm willing to stand by and back up what I say or indeed concede if found to be incorrect.)

Likewise, if you cannot make the connection between the economic crisis we have suffered and continue to suffer as a result of the boom and related bust in house prices, and the misery this has bought for millions, you are so utterly dim I cannot imagine why I or any sane person would listen to a word you have to say on this or any other subject.

Like joeskeppi said, I'm wasting my time with you.
I back up my thoughts with facts, something you appear not to like doing.
As for another personal attack from you in bold, it's ok, again I wont cry about it, but it does go on to show your ignorance in taking part in a debate or discussion unless the views match your own.

Yes, ISTL was wasting his time.

You are also wasting my time.

Go and re-read my post, you silly, rude little man.

Another personal attack from carolt to another poster

I thanked her though as she realises I have wasted my time trying to get her to back up her words with any conviction

As a private teacher, my students pay me (cash) to be in my classes. I have a far longer waiting list than students I have time available to teach. The minds I influence are clearly voting with their pockets about whether or not they would like to enjoy this 'influence'.

Frankly, their views on the subject are of rather more interest to me than yours.

You, on the other hand, are a stupid little unemployed man who types nonsense non-stop because he clearly has no job. He also has no friends and no life, which is why he is on here at nearly midnight on a Saturday, posting about housing.

He doesn't even have any friends on this site because they all think he's a nutter.

Sorry to be so honest - but I'm just really bored of all your personl shtick. Enjoy a taste of your own medicine - but don't complain you don't like the taste.

Another personal rant and attack on another poster from carolt, the true inner being is being shown.

don't take the "personal attacks" on your teaching abilities to heart.
You are clearly not the only one

You're not a positive poster, you're a rude little man.

And as for the dig at rewired - ooh, what a man, to attack a poster who you know full well never posts and therefore can't defend him/herself.

    Pathetic.

I'm not saying a thing :shhh:

Being able to teach and control a class is a skill. That skill has nothing to do with mental ability.

    Absolutely agree.
You do however need basic skills to be a decent teacher, however it would appear that the standards of teachers are decreasing as shown ny the previous links I made.
No wonder exams are reported to be getting easier

Blimey carol, it would have been far simpler to say "Oops well spotted, my edit didn't make sense", rather than acting all immature about it.

So this was not a personal attack based on my job?

    Pathetic.

I'm really sick and tired iof all the stupid losers who post on here, who cannot get over their own intellectual inferiority.

You had 'issues' with your teachers at school, I assume. Get over it. I'm not your teacher. I'm sorry you were too stupid to get a professional job, but that is something you need to learn to deal with. Don't take it out on all teachers just because you were rubbish at school.

And as for your inability to understand my post - re-read it. I know it has long words and everything. But you might just manage it - if you try really hard. And if you still don't understand it, sign up for some remedial English classes. You might find they do wonders.

    Little Miss Popularity strikes again.....;)

No wonder everybody likes you so much.:rotfl:

Spewing such hate filled invective only proves to us the depths of your insecurity, fear and desperation.

Oh, and I underlined your spelling mistake there, being such a helpful sort.

    Poor effort.

    Must try harder.

Edit: I see you added the condescending part about long words..... I wouldn't worry about the long ones, when you can't even spell a 2 letter word correctly.

Ooh yes, cheap jibes at typos.

    Well done, Hamish!

You can spell 'of' correctly! Your mum must be so proud. Good to see you've got that far. :)
