i have kept bank account with co-op and feel brill, only a couple of callers and told them i went br, that was that, have to say a couple of them i had a good chat with and one said i had brightend her day up and thanked me. i do have a couple of conserns regarding interview, but whats the point in panicing as what will be will be.;)

just signing in here. Bankrupt this morning/early afternoon. Looking forward to my future now and telling my biggest creditor of (about 5k) to sod off in so many words later/tomorrow when they next call. have avoided them until now. texts, calls and mail about 5 times a day for the last week.

Tomorrow!! OMG it's tomorrow! Feel sick, terrified, ashamed, all those emotions that i'm sure everyone goes through, but also very proud of ourselves for facing it and dealing with it and then feel bad that cos I am not proud of the mess we've got ourselves in........such a range of emotions I never thought that one person can feel so much all out once!
Still, fingers crossed we have a judge that doesnt wanna see us, an OR that has had a full breakfast and a snog from their other half and that they get out of bed the right side tomorrow! From what i understand, if these conditions are met then it should be ok.........will keep you posted!

Paid my money for DRO yesterday - now just have to phone up to give all details today and get it put through - then do the waiting game

Only just noticed this thread! I went BR last week, on the 3rd November.
I was scared witless... but it wasn't as bad as I'd imagined :0
Got the OR interview tomorrow.. and I'm dreading that!
