My court date is the 6th of November. I'm terrified but hope it means the end to years of stress and worry, and the beginning of a new bright future.

It also means I can finalise my divorce from the excuse for a man who got me into this position.

:hello: Hi everyone,
Just wondered how everyone was feeling/coping? I am getting less letters but loads more phone calls! I have also been hit by nerves!!!

Up and down really, no phone calls as I changed my number, but loads of mail. I wish it was sooner so we could start again and hopefully look forward to future instead of dreading it.

hiya i'm the same, up and down.feel pro-active for doing it but scared as it's an irreversible route! the letters and calls (especially at work, i have written to them asking them to stop it) are a bit scary but hey-har!!! when i think about it i feel sick but the thought of trying to cling on without doing it is no better!
hopefully it will be afresh start for all of us. good luck everyone!!! x

all forms done by CAB but I am going to try and go through them again over the weekend and post up my SOA as i am not convinced with the CABs advice and would like some second opinions from ppl on here....also just found out that my court appointment is on the monday AND ITS A TEACHER TRAINING DAY:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: panic,panic,panic:eek::eek::eek:

Deep breaths Honey....Monday will mean its over & done with very soon. Certainly post your SOA....it will put your mind at rest to know that you know it inside & out. No need to panic....get a nice cuppa & post it over the weekend.

Good luck for Monday...remember you have loads of us `with you` in spirit you know.
