  • hi

ooh yeah November 2009 has dawned roll on the 6th....:D the phone calls are getting out of control, so have pulled phone from the wall, and thank goodness for the postie strike, when the local postie went back to delivering he spent 5 mins pushing a load of DCA bumph through OHs door and said in a loud voice ooh this house is popular...:rotfl::rotfl: so I said kinda through the letterbox well it keeps you in work sonny, the guinea pigs got lots of shredded DCA leters to keep him warm.

well will soon know whether the cars gonna be taken when we have our appt, we have a new Preg, cost £435 from local auction, have told Santander to come and collect there HP car pronto, thinks OH is ashamed to be seen in the Preg still a few subtle reminders that it was him that got himself in this mess soon shuts him up....a few days and he will be debt free, :T:T then we can get some kind of life sorted post BR and begin anew .

have a good day all.. im off for a mooch cant sleep...

    Lexie
One newly single jobless female here thats disillusioned by having an expartner that didnt accept any financial help with the mess he was in...:mad: so am out there again on my own :T:T paddling my own canoe, unfortunately jobless but solvent but extremley skint:D:D :rotfl::rotfl::j:T;):):D:D:D

Same here, I know how you feel, not very nice is it, some days I feel great then others come crashing down. Still have over 3 weeks to wait, wish it was sooner but cannot do anything about that. Would just like to say another big thank you :T to all the people on here who have helped me over the last few weeks, and no doubt I will be calling on you for more help as our date approaches.

Well it's finally over, I went to court today. As everyone on here has said, it wasn't nearly as scary as I'd thought. In fact the worst part was the waiting around! The judge only asked me 2 questions, I must have been in his office for all of 3 minutes! Overall the process took about 1.5 hours.

Not looking forward to the OR interview, but i really feel the worst is over. And the best news is i can finalise my divorce at last :j

Thanks to everyone who posts on here, you all made the process much easier. It was good to know i wasn't alone.

my br date was the 3rs november and all i can say is it was a walk in the park. nice people at court and decent people that were going br as well. had a 2 min interview on phone with OR's office and that was that. just the interview to go.
i have bought a lamp to put next to the phone for when that happens, then i will switch it on and say to myself, now u will tell OR every thing. just like in the movies?. :rotfl:still not worried as long as i tell the truth to them thats all they ask of us and hopefully i wont hear again, unless its in six months, please pritty please. so there u r. a lott of pannicking for nothing, just remember have fun as being misrable get you no where.;)

one day i will spell things right.:o
