I wish the tax office would step in and go through the ebay auctions and spot the sellers who are clearly selling lots of go go hamsters but are not registered as a business.
Isn't it a different issue? You do have to pay tax, of course, but nothing yet to show people aren't.
With all the tax evasion that goes on, I bet a few hamsters aren't top of the priority list (-:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

right good night all, hope you all stay dry those affected by flooding. Will be back in the morning to sit and constantly refresh the John Lewis and co sites. DS has now decided he would really like the car, not going to pay over RRP though so he can wait until his b'day in March if I don't find one soon.0

You are right, we dont have to buy from them and they aren't whacking prices up. However, if, like me, you dont have a John Lewis anywhere near you it does put the price up a bit! In Cumbria we have nowt LOL
Well, we do have a LOT of water!!!!0 -
OK, I've CRACKED UP! I am off to Tesco to see if they have stocked up yet.

You're right, don't know why I said greedy - it's not - I'm just feeling a bit sad about it - gotta break the news to my little toot, who thought part of her b'day pressie was on it's way - but - as previous posts - there really are some dreadful things happening in the country in terms of the dreadful weather - and at the end of the day - it's just hamsters I stand corrected....0 -
Just wanted to say thankyou to crystal? somebody or other for taking the trouble to post those pics of the new stuff coming out next year. Tried watching the video clip from the zhu zhu site but went to quickly to see properly. These things are going to cost me a fortune, apparently there's 50 more items due out during the course of 2010!!0

I have just come back from Lakeside. Asda Living on the retail park had about 12 hamsters - all 4 varieties. Went into Toys R Us and a really lovely lady there said "the lorry has arrived"!!! She assured me there was Go Go Pets stuff on this lorry. They were unpacking it all overnight and it would hit the shelves tomorrow morning - doors open 9am. I won't be able to get there (typical!), but happy hunting (you can pick up a wheel and a ball for me and tuck it behind something else on a completely different shelf, and I'll pick it up later;)!!!).
Good Luck! Hope this helps someone.. x0 -
How sweet the little hamsters
Their little button nose
Their little furry bodies
And dinky little toes
How kind the desperate parents
Wanting for their kids
Jacking up the prices
As they make their ebay bids
How serious we all are
In searching for the kit
But do you think we've lost the plot
A tiny little bit?
Our orders they get cancelled
Every blimmin day
The F5 fingers painful
But still we search away
I think we all need treatment
Or at least a glass of wine
Come Xmas no matter what we've got
I'm sure it'll all be fine
Night Night all
