I lurk a lot:o but I did post waaaaay back on this thread with info on a local independent shop near me which had stock of everything but have had nothing to report since despite looking out for and dreaming about these hamsters since!

Last night I dreamt I was in Hamleys and found the last Numnums and Pipsqueek but the lady on the till didn't believe that my card belonged to me and wouldn't let me buy them, I woke up in a cold sweat:rotfl:

If I spot stock, I will be sure to post. I'm not an Ebay hamster seller either, just mum to a four year old who would watch the advert on You Tube all day! Thankfully, he has asked Father Christmas for Chunk and Mr Squiggles which I have managed to find.

Ok if what my family tell me is correct those factory workers will be working every hour, every minute and every second to supply, think how much money this will give those poor low paid workers this will be their biggest earner all year so they will get them done, so now we need to establish how much stock is 2 plane fulls? Can we ask character to make sure all the staff on board are petite and carry no personal items, they must go without food to make extra space for hammy stuff. :rotfl:

I actually only need one hammy for somebody and I am still awaiting one family member to realise these are sold out everywhere and ask me to get a set hence why I'm still reading this blooming thread as I might need to join the search again!

I think the horrid comments about 'lurkers' should stop - they aren't doing anything wrong... this isn't an exclusive forum - remember be nice to all Money-Savers!! I'd rather no-one posted unless they knew of any stock/where there is definately no stock, to save having to read through hundreds of posts for nothing . Perhaps there should be a 'chat about hamsters' thread and a 'stock available/ due in at xxx store' thread.
and yes - I have contributed to this thread when I found some stock of the garages in my local Argos... and if I find any more I will post on here again.

Nooooo....;) not a good idea to open anymore hammy threads, its not fair on other mse members to have to keep seeing hammie threads on every subsection, its a bit like ugg boots, if there's too many threads we just get comments from other members along the lines of how many ugg threads do we need. Everyone will chat regardless of if its a stock available thread, by keeping it all in one thread its a lot easier to keep an eye on the latest stock, today will be mainly chat as there are no forecasts on stock being added. It would be awful if a parent was on the wrong hammy thread and missed the chance to buy when they come into stock because they were in the wrong place.
