Hi - Newbie here. Just thought I'd say that Heroes for Kids (online) appear to have some hamsters in stock (even Mr Squiggles) - although I have yet to take delivery as only ordered this evening.
Think we will stick with hamsters and cars (Argos reserved this evening) and look for other things after Christmas! It will give my girls something to look forward to for their (Summer) birthdays!!

Good look with your hunting everyone.

    Well spotted :T

I just bought Mr Squiggles from the recommended website. There are some of the hamsters in Toysrus Luton and lots of cars in Argos near here - Luton, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead if anyone needs anything.

Whoah! I'm finally able to post! Been 2 frustrating weeks watching this thread and not being able to post! Don't know why, had to re-register with a different email address. Anyhoo, thanks to every one for all the information. I got my funhouse from Character, the car from Woolworths, and the slide, wheel and beds from Hooray for Toys. My 4 hammies came from my local argos (Upton, Wirral) and the ball, skateboard and surfboard from Wilkinsons (Birkenhead, Wirral).
I have been desperately trying to post on here to let people know!

Now, I live in Wallasey (Wirral) and we have our own Wilko store, and they have the hamsters. When I asked the customer service lady to check if any other store had the balls in stock, she was very reluctant to find out. She basically told me that everywhere apart from down south was out of stock. (She heard off a delivery driver!) I asked her to find the code for me because it was not on the internet (they aren't available online). She phoned her head office for the elusive code! She looked on her pc and said that Birkenhead (Wirral) were showing some stock of "accessories" but couldn't say what they were. I then phoned the store direct, and a lovely lady told me there was a ball on the shelf, and she would keep it for me. Like Cruella De'Vil, I drove to the store like a madwoman!! I ran to the desk and collected my ball, oh what joy I felt, complete elation!
When my heart slowed to a reasonable pace, I nonchalantly wandered to the go go hamster shelf. I was absolutely astounded to see the skateboard and surfboard there. I grabbed them badboys and went straight to the till! (and then for a large coffee to celebrate!).
I was there again on Friday, I don't need to go anywhere near that part of the store now, but I feel a strange urge to wander that way. There were houses, slides and wheels.
Anyway, I hope this helps someone, the way that you guys have helped me.
    Cheers!!

I've just rung up Wilkinsons in Birkenhead, and they haven't any in stock, have an order of 800+ coming in but not sure when and what. I spoke to a very helpful lady called Becky who is going to ring around a few stores to see if she can get a playhouse for me.
  • I would like to get the wheel?! but i think it's about as hard to get as the ball!

Silly, silly prices on ebay for this item

We only have an argos and a tesco nearby so suggestions on where to buy online (reputable & trusted sites) please, Thank you.

I was lucky enough to buy the house and half price mr squiggles from argos but had had one on order from littlewoods too which arrived a few days ago.I've been umming and arring what to do and have decided to send it back to littlewoods and give someone else a chance to buy it.I was tempted to wait until nearer xmas and stick it on ebay but as I'm searching for the ellusive ball and think ebay prices are shocking I don't want to join those type of seller.
Thanks for all the links to items in stock please keep posting :)
