Sadly, at this time there are no new deliveries of Wheels, Slides or Cars expected into the country this side of Christmas. Right now eBay os often cheaper than Amazon Marketplace too.

Unless something changes e.g. a retailer is sitting on stock that they haven't put on the shelves, those addon playsets plus the accessories will be the hardest to find.

Character are expecting Hamsters tomorrow and the other playsets and funhouses next week.

Hope this helps someone! Argos Leeds White Rose centre have cars in stock this morning! it says over 5 available, some of the other leeds stores had one or two aswell. I thought I'd managed to get a house aswell and tried to reserve one of the 5 it said were available at Castleford but haven't had confirmation email from argos and now says out of stock so I'm guessing I missed it!

Bought the GGH set for my DD's birthday,and to be honest Its rubbish!
The hamster gets stuck on the wheel,doesnt go round properly in the ball
:-( gutted!

i should imagine that the makers of the go go sets, are really mad that they have not produced enough for the demand, as with the major christmas season its the best time to sell, after christmas the demand will have gone down a lot, especially if people are really disappointed with the hammies etc and they get rubbish reviews.

I thought not producing enough was a marketing ploy to create that must-have hamster hype buying frenzy!

I hope they are not too rubbish and DD plays with after christmas - it's her birthday in March so if she plays with the hamsters I will get her the rest of the accessories maybe?!

Yes a bit like the elmo toy and a few days before xmas everywhere had loads!

My friend's dd got some of it for her birthday in oct, they have the wheel and it works fine. She's got the ball for xmas so I don't know how good it is. My only worry is when I watch them on youtube all the ones on carpet seem to get stuck in the tubes, i guess not being on flat surface makes the joins not sit well. I don't really have the space in my kitchen for it, so I'm hoping my carpet pile is short enough to cope. If not I'll be sending DH down wickes for a big piece of board or stick the kids and the go go set in the garage :rotfl:

:T Wilkinsons main warehouse is getting a large stock of hamsters in on 16/11 which will be distributed to the shops from 17/11. No other hamster related items were mentioned.

Character have definitely been caught out. This must be bigger than anything before (Character also had the Cyberman voice changing helmet that was in short supply)

Character did not expect to be out of stock as they had sequences of orders in place for considerable quantities that they did think would meet demand through Christmas.

I asked them that pointedly after the first stocks sold out quickly in August.

They will be kicking themselves.
