All oos now on tru was soo close but kept crashing on payment

Just a question for all of you that have tried your hammies out.

How well do they work on carpet, as i'm spending xmas at my partners and he doesn't have wood floor like i do. I can just imagine the dissappointment of my little boys face if they wont scurry around and his car wont go on the carpet.

Yes but they 'reserve' the funds. That means that your bank account or paypal account will freeze these funds. Trust me......it has happened to loads. I for one am going to kick of badly about this. Fortunately I can afford for the money to wait 30 days.......but it is the principal!!!

Have your children asked for all the hamsters and accessories or are you just buying them from the addiction on here? I assume the ones who buy the set have got 4 children? Also, knowing kids most won't share the houses and accessories lol
My two are happy with a hamster and a ball each.

Hope some people had success on TRU - i found i could only add from my wishlist which was Pipsqueak, my no 4 choice but certainly better than none so !

I went to Wilkinson's this morning, at 8.30 as we were told yesterday. i asked if they had had a delivery, "oh no, they are supposed to send them but we keep not getting any."

I had a look round the store and as I was leaving I heard someone ring up asking about Go Go Hamsters, she said "I don't know yet, there might be some in the cage under the stairs, ring back later" and goes off to look!

So I hang around...amazing how long you can study each chocolate bar on sale :rotfl:. Nothing. So i go up to the desk and say, "did I hear you say you hare having trouble locating them?" "oo no, we haven't had any in, what you heard was about something completely different, we haven't had any in, they are the bane of our life (laughs)"

I was fuming!!!! Is it just me or does it make you think they are putting them aside for themselves, friends, family....or am I paranoid?

Not very well I'm afraid from what I've I've seen so far from posters on here.
They work best on a nice flat surface apparently

Ours wont go on carpet at all although it is a pretty thick and fluffy carpet, his wheels just get stuck

At that price they aren't making much on them after fees etc so pretty fair price i guess
