Yes thanks. I urge everybody to do the same. Post on here when you have done so. That makes 2 so far.

I'm in the same boat with the paypal issue, although there is now an order showing in my account, but when I click on it, it says it is for £0.00, with not items in it, but also shows the £27 odd paypal express checkout total.
Odd!2014 MFW 99 - Overpayment Target £4000/£4000
2013 MFW 15 - Overpayment Target £6000/£4000
2012 MFW 141 - Overpayment Target £8500/£6300

Odd!
So that makes 3 lots of money Paypal have reserved. Any more??Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
Yes but they 'reserve' the funds. That means that your bank account or paypal account will freeze these funds. Trust me......it has happened to loads. I for one am going to kick of badly about this. Fortunately I can afford for the money to wait 30 days.......but it is the principal!!!

ah yeah i see what your saying *sorry havent woken up properly yet!*
theres no way on paypal you can cancel it either, thing is if thy dont hav a transaction number they wouldnt b abl to find it, but they should hav an email address that they paypal money receipt will go, surely a member of staff could go through and check ones that do have orders against and cancel the others? Can you see the mountains through the fog?0 -

My bank account wont show what they are until tomorrow but Im pretty sure I only used my debit card for some bread and a few bits totalling about £7 yesterday so the rest must be TRU - blinking expensive hamster
What should I do?
Hun if you need the money back before the 30 days i'd say call your bank, they can make an immediate refund if you tell them these orders haven't been processed. Helps if you have the order total too so they can see your not just chancing your hand .. good luck
How ridiculous that TRU actually do that though.. i've never experienced this with any other companies and i shop online a lot :mad:I LOVE MSE! :money:0 -
totaly off subject here but has anyone seen on the news this morning that the courts have ruled in favour of the banks in the whole charge situation
glad i claimed my charges a few years back !!
