If anyone else ordered from Littlewoods a few weeks ago check the status of the order as mine has just arrived and I've finally got the Mr Squiggles I was after :j
I'd given up hope as it had been over 3 weeks and the expected delivery date kept changing and then couldn't be accessed at all.0 -
mine did not go through, i posted earlier, not happy i want my money back now, not in 30 days time, pathetic, luckily it was only for 1 hammie.

Just when I see all the issues with TRU. A word of warning on Asda. I ordered 2 hamsters on Pre-Order for despatch on 21st. I phoned today and they still don't have any and they have no idea when they will.
The annoying part though is that even though they don't have any and couldn't fulfill the pre order they took the money as soon as the pre-order was taken.
I cancelled the order and complained about the taking of money. They didn't care. Certainly wouldn't buy anything on pre-order from them again. Imagine I pre'd a PS3 at £250. " We'll have the money now and sent it out to you whenever we can. No gaurantees though".
Not how a Pre-Order should work. :-(0 -

Hun if you need the money back before the 30 days i'd say call your bank, they can make an immediate refund if you tell them these orders haven't been processed. Helps if you have the order total too so they can see your not just chancing your hand .. good luck
How ridiculous that TRU actually do that though.. i've never experienced this with any other companies and i shop online a lot
Thanks hun, do they really freeze it for 30 days? I dont know the exact amounts as I used my card yesterday on a few bits but I think its around £60 that has gone out. I only tried for one Mr Squiggles so by my reakoning I have been charged for 4 x seperate orders with 4 x postage too :heart: I love my gorgeous little girl0
