How can they take the money when I never got a confirmation of my order AND TRU say I haven't got my order placed?

I think i lost out at tesco got to checkout and went back to add another for someone on here and lost out that way just remember me Kattinka if you get anything

Hi tried to order on tru this morning ending up putting 2 diff cards and it crashed does that mean they could have still taken my money.Orders don't show on history!

So now we have at least 8 of us, where toysrus have reserved our money and expect us to wait upto 30 days for it to be repaid!!

I paid with paypal this morning, got my email confirmation from both TRU and paypal, and the items are showing in my order on TRU website.

The paypal issue with money being taken and things not going through to orders also happened on Friday, i had to contact TRU, I Was told if the items are not showing in my account as an order then it hasn;t gone through, so payments stuck as pending in paypal still from that order.

I thought I had placed an order on TRU as everything went through - I didnt receive a confirmation so checked my account status to see what was happening.

I now have an order number "in progress" showing an order value of £0.00 plus £4.95 carriage, and yes youve guessed it they have charged £4.95 to my card!

I have hammies now , TRU willing, and want a ball. I got 2 hammies by mistake and want to give one to a friend. Is it worth having without the addons?

Just visited boots website...Hamsters are now sold out, instead of out of stock, looks like they're not getting anymore
funhouses r still just out of stock, so fingers crossed...xx
