do you think we should ask "martin", about this, seems very unfair that so many people have had there money taken, and not only for small amounts and that toysrus may keep our money for 30 days?

The hammies are fine on their own - it is just whether the addiction takes you as it has alot of us - then you end up like me and a few others - getting more and more - til you have almost the whole set!!! :rotfl:

Add me to the list of Paypal/Tru sufferers! They took £24.93 out of my Paypal last week, paypal have said they cant do anything and TRU have said the same, so I guess ill be waiting the 30 days also.

Well done everyone who has been successful so far this morning. I had the same problem with TRU as many others - money debited from paypal but no actual order!

Happened to me last week when i ordered from TRU .
What happens is , when you place the order they put a "pre-charge" on your card which holds the funds. They dont actually charge your card until despatch.
In the chaos last week when the site crashed i ordered twice.
My bank said it could take 7 days for the funds to become available again... outrageous !!

You can add me to the list - tried to order on Friday all went through paypal, but order cancelled as no stock so money frozen in paypal contacted TRU and was just fobbed off so have to wait the 30 days.

My DD is just getting hammies and carriers/blankets, until after Christmas, when the madness dies down. She's not seen the youtube clips though, so I don't even think she's aware there are playsets etc.

perhaps we should start a list of people that have had money taken and for how much? just an idea but i havent a clue how to start a list.
