Tru website crashed glad some of you managed to get them

given up on TRU now, !!!!!! all to do with my card issuer declining anything.. plus they've charged me £9.95 delivery for a "remote" area .. ahem Scotland mainland UK thanks!

Crashed after visa verification, so I tried paypal. Got confirmation from paypal, but nothing in my orders on tru.

Sigh.

Hi - I got a Mr. Squiggles - I think!!!!

Like many of you I was having problems at check out where when entering verified by visa it froze and came up with an error.....BUT I went into my order history and there is Mr. Squiggles showing as an order and I've had an order confirmation email.

Hope that is good news? Check your order history as you might have got one!

Thanks for the heads up - managed to get another hammie - that's 2 that ive got now - think that will be enough until after crimbo when the madness has settled! Just waiting for my house to arrive from Hooray and my "unofficial" bed from Ebay. Ahhh just realised i'll need to buy another bed now!!

I've had this happen to me before on a number of different sites but payment has always been taken regardless of whether I had verified or not so hopefully this is what will happen here

What a waste of space. On top of the 2 payments to paypal that went through last week - and are still pending. Another 3 were taken today. So now paypal have 5 pending payments to toysrus - totalling about £190.00 and I have to wait 30 days for it to be released.

A joke...............and I still didn't get hammies!!!
