Hi Nikkei - the spicy beef casserole and tortilla beany bake are much appreciated recipes from other OSers that have become favourites, you should be able to find them if you do a search. I believe I posted the lemony meatball pasta some time in the past at someone else's request. And I can give you the Indonesian beef (and veg) if you'd like them.
Any case, if you want any of these and can't find them, just say and I'll post them again.... :-)"Remember that many of the things you have now you could once only dream of" - Epicurus0 -

Hi All
My Mealplan starts Thursdays because of veg bag delivery on Wednesday...
This week we are having:
Thurs: Spanish Chicken & Rice (slightly modified Economy Gastronomy recipe - it was very tasty!)
Fri: Pie, Mash & Veg (OH has kindly offered to cook!!!)
Sat: Salmon with Lime, Chilli & Soy with Rice & Broccoli (might add some prawn skewers on the side got cheap from Aldi!)
Sun: Eat at OH's parents (I'm cooking this week as OH's mum is working)
Mon: HM Cottage Pie (spring onions in the topping mmmmm!!!!!)
Tues: Chicken Casserole? From Freezer (Chicken something anyway!)
Wed: Roast Lamb with all the trimmings
All meals are made from scratch.
Determined not to have any glitches this week (best laid plans and all that!) - Tues went out the window for me again, but OH bought new ingredients and we ended up having a three course meal!!! (Still cheaper than going out).
Have a good week all.
