Well , I wrote to the FOS after the 8week letter from Tesco and already I have had a letter from the FOS telling me that they have written to Tesco!
So either Tesco will be crafty and write to me first or they may follow the procedure via the FOS. Either way I don't mind because the additional time increases my 8% part of the refund so every little helps!!

Great news today for me also , had a letter from Tesco after the FOS wrote to them and they have offered me a full refund+8%.
Well chuffed!
I will continue to monitor other peeps concerns and help where I can.
