    I have Egg Rage and Onion Rage! :o

    I hate it when the onion skin is superglued and comes off in tiny pieces! I end up ripping off the next layer of 'good' onion and flinging it.


    Yes I get onion rage as well. The professional chefs seem to cut the onion first and then skin it, last time I tried that I seemed to spend ages picking small bits of the outer brown skin off.

    I cant cook for the life of me but I CAN boil and peel an egg without problems.
    I was taught to take a pin/thin needle and make a hole at the bottom of the egg. Put a pinch of salt in the cold water and then put the egg in. When it finished boiling I put the egg under running cold water for a while. Let the egg stand in cold water for a short time and it will peel easily.
    Never had a problem so far, thin shell or not....

    I never tried the pin thing. I would think the egg would break and if that happened..my egg rage might come out lol :D
