    - rather mixed feedback..

I agree but, its the same for all companys, no one reseller or agent or carrier has 100% feedback.

I have used them a few times without issue.

  • Yes, to both of your questions. I always just go with the cheapest, which despite me holding direct accounts with some major couriers, brokers can often end up cheaper for parcels to destinations that I send less regularly.

Awesome. Big thanks to everyone who answered my Qs, much appreciated!

    Hi all,

I am looking to send a Collectible Glass bottle to Australia, please could someone recommend a courier.

Some seem to have issues with glass, some don't!

    Cheers

It seems Parcelmonkey are coming up quite cheap, anyone got any experience with them?

    Thanks

    Nothing wrong with Parcel Monkey,
But none of the big carriers will cover glass.

Thanks, that's not bad. Although I use ParcelForce48 via despatchbay (formerly sale track) @£6.78 inc VAT. Do you know how much similar would be on dispatchhub?

ETA: OK, I see it's £13.50 on the link you provided. I also note that the prices are "VAT free" so presumably small new company? Which always makes me a little nervous tbh (remembering ParcelBee etc). I also note that they have a virtual office address in London which I'd guess is easy to disappear from.

I have been using them for 6 weeks without any problems.
