I find it randomly (depending on the day) doesn't find accounts - Lloyds, Halifax, etc. It's not too reliable.0

I've found that RBS isn't very reliable
Everything else works fine for me, except for Halifax - and that's because of the offers that come up after the log in page that you have to click to accept before it takes you to account balances0 -

Yes I think that is why it happens with halifax, them trying to flog you home insurance.
I never got HSBC working, think it is a cache thing or something...0 -
The total at the bottom from all the accounts on my list on the Money Manager is wrong. It is roughly 'double' what it should be.
I have tried emptying my cash, sorry cache (hehehehe) with a Ctrl/Refresh, but that doesn't seem to make any difference to make it give the correct total. It just had no effect.
Any ideas as to what I can do?
Oh, and I also get the odd account occasionally that just won't load properly - but mostly they all do. Just the 'total amount at the bottom of the list problem' for me mostly.0 -
The same problem has been plaguing my RBS account only on First Directs internet banking plus.
They stopped working for about 4 days, and then last night they were fine again. I think there may have been a problem with RBS rather than Eggs money manager, as I suffered from the same thing.Credit Card 6.9% - £0/£2800

Can't login to Natwest through Egg today again! Website is online as I can log in directly to Natwest.
Unreliable isn't it.0 -
Mine displays double the amount too. Same with my Laptop and my Desktop.
I have loads of problems with it not connecting to about half of the accounts (although it still shows a total, even on my old defunct Icesave account)
I'm going right off Egg Money Manager, it is no longer a quick route into my accounts as I can nver be sure it will even connect to them. Lloyds seems the most reliable connection, ICICI.....forget it, never works0 -
Ditto, my accounts aren't adding up to the right total at the moment. Occasionally can't connect to some banks, usually because the bank has amended their log in page and it takes Egg a few weeks to catch up. Mostly I find Egg Money Manager useful but you shouldn't rely on it totally.0

to fix the 'wrong totals' you can click on 'your money' at the top of the screen again and it seems to sort itself out. Generally it works fine for me, III, HSBC and Egg accounts only.a few lucky breaks, adaptation of the snowball and selling a car... debt freedom!0

Egg's been having problems for a while since they upgraded the software. I contacted them a few weeks ago and they knew they had problems but couldn't give a time scale to fix it.
The RBS accounts don't work as RBS have just changed their login page somewhat and Egg MM can't adapt - I'm sure it'll be fixed sooner rather than later.
Around the same time as these problems have started, I have started having problems getting onto MBNA as well. It does log in eventually but doesn't update the total in Egg MM. I'm sure this is another broken site that the MM needs to address...
Just be glad you don't have to remember all your details every time you want to quickly check your balances
