"10. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any event outside its control which results in the winner not receiving their tickets, including loss or delay by the postal or similar service."

I had this email from them on Monday

The winners information pack and your cheque has not been sent yet. This will be sent royal mail recorded delivery approximately 7-10 days prior to departure. You will be notified once the packs have been dispatched by email.

Its a bit worrying due to the postal strikes, but I will not be too worried if it does not arrive as travel is all arranged yourself and the tickets for eveything else are given to you upon arrival at the hotel - and as we will all have our passports for ID think it will be okay - well hope so anyway!

Just to let you all know I am also one of the lucky winners and I have just received an email confirming my documents have been posted along with other usual information once I am there, so I am sure you will all be receiving your info soon.

Don't venture into this part of the park during the day as this is the most popular part. All the rides will be open in the night and you'll be able just to hop on an off as you like. We have also received the same e-mail. Congratulations to all winners and for those who haven't been to Disney before read up on the Fast Pass system...amazing how many people miss out on this option!
