OK ladies and gents, we're almost at THAT time.

Those who are prepared to join in with the visualisation, if you can, get yourself in the right frame of mind. We're imaging Lady Liberty, Mudbath's DS and Toots (not necessarily in that order!) in a group hug together (in my mind's view, we have Mudder's DS in the middle and Lady L on the left and Toots on the right all standing and hugging each other).

    Go visualise!

I'm in this week, thanks to Pigpen, Toots & Soappie for all their work.

I'm just getting ready for the visualisation.

    Hugs to everyone.

I can't join in the visualisation tonight.. sorry.. I am in so much pain with this infernal bleeding I can barely think straight.. and the grots are piddling about when they should be asleep.

I hope you all get something positive from it.

Off to cry in a corner.. I'll do the list in a mo. if I can stop these cramps for 2 minutes!

Well, you've all been well and truly visualised Lady-L, Toots and Mudder's DS.

Piggers, when I find a moment later this evening, I'll do you whether you want me to or not - hope you feel better soon.

I hope the visualisation has helped some people in some way :T

No flying done here - by the time I got home (late) from work, I had to turn right around to go to a meeting at the school starting at 7.....got home from that at about 8.15, then had to cook dinner, by which time DS had gone to bed early, so no chance to get into his pit to clean it

I will double fly tomorrow after work......I can't let things slip now, when I have been doing so well!!
