Soappie you are making me giggle and you know why!

Thankyou - and Sarahsh - I can so appear to be so up my own backside when I want to be. I'm quite enjoying it.... though I probably shouldn't admit that!
AnW'sMum thanks :Afor suggesting the visualisation honey and thanks to soappie:A for organising it - I see you just ignored me!!!

We didn't ignore you Toots, we selectively, and collaboratively, turned my slightly gungy, infected and blurry right eye on certain parts of certain posts so we didn't ready them properly ;):p

    Hi:j
I must have kept every piece of paper I've touched for the last 10 years!!! Where does it all come from? Going to empty the room as much as I can today so that I can reorganise (deluded fool I am) where things are kept. I can at least sit at the table in there when I am going through all the paperwork (OK, so I have to climb over everything to get there, but it's a start)

This was me a few years ago.I got a filing cabinet off freecycle and it transformed my life! Now I can file things stright in there so no more piles of stuff to file, and I can always find things straight away.

    2 questions:
    - how do I wash bright red felt tip out of a white polo shirt (brand new grrrr) ?? Its been through one regular cotton 40 deg wash, i didnt notice it and didnt pretreat, its a massive line and a massive splodge.

    - and any suggestions for a poorly finger - its a raw patch of excema where the top skin has blistered and peeled off. If I put a plaster on it it goes all slimy and weepy, if I leave it open to the air it gets grubby and then heals and dries and cracks and splits and then weeps again, and also the dry scabby bit than then crecks and splits has got fluff in it. Every morning in the shower the top comes off it again and I am back to square one. Because its on my finger and of course between nappies and housework I am washing my hands a million times a day it wont heal.
    And it flippin well hurts!!
Any suggestions for what to put on it to dry it up and help heal faster

Jill i can't help with the 2nd one but i'd soak the tshirt in diluted bleach. It got printer ink out of DS1's school top.

Apologies for not being around - thanks to Soappie for finding the instructions and adapting them accordingly... It sounds as if you had a good visualisation session - I hope those of you who did this for the first time aren't feeling too worn out, and that Toots, L-L and Mudbath's DS all have healing, pain-free sleep.

I was out this evening (doesn't happen often...) watching a documentary on bees (about Colony Collapse Disorder), which I think you ALL should see if you have the chance. It's called Vanishing of the Bees and is currently on limited release at independent cinemas.

Off to unpack my swimming stuff from yesterday and pack up my gym kit for the morning... DW is on and I cleared the kitchen table as a friend came round for supper before the cinema!

    See you all tomorrow.
