Another NSD yay:j it's only because I have been working though. Not much to report today, I am car sharing this week so that will bring down the cost of petrol, have you noticed that the price of it is rising slowly? naughty naughty!!

Snow I was hoping that mine was just the lever but it's not it's the whole thing and I do need to get it fixed, just going to sort it when I have more money though, def not in the run upto christmas. I was going to change my christmas decs this year (I do this every yr and it costs me a fortune... you should see my loft, it's like santas grotto!) but I have decided to work with what I've got so this will save me some pennies!

I'm lovin the rabbit lovin on here :D what's yours called? DJ had to be rehomed by us after biting another rabbits bits off (not sure if I ever mentioned that )

  • Ours is called Basil. Good news on the NSD I need one!!!!

Cars are a huge expence, I've not long passed my test after 6 attempts, the first thing I did was break the wing mirror and petrol is a silly price at the mo.

Hey I want to Costa blanca, four hours from Barcelona for a week! Stayed in familys villa. Wasnt it hot out there! I too love florida, no one can afford to book it up with me though, nor want to go :(
  • Hi guys, I was really proud of myself as I ALMOST had 2 NSDs but no such luck :o We have sorted a date for our works xmas do (11th Dec) and was in need of a new outfit. So I have just spent £80 at Dotty P's now it was supposed to be well over a £100 as I used the 25% code and for this I got a new dress, new shoes and some gloves (not for the night out.... but this way I also got free delivery :T) The shoes may possibly go back if they don't look right and I will wear some that I have already got, tucked away in the bottom of my wardrobe somewhere. Not been doing much other than working so nothing to report.

Snow you are very right, my car is my biggest expense and it is never ending  I suppose it's the price you pay though so I can't complain too much.

Vik I can't believe how warm it was I didn't want to come back... especially to this weather. As for Florida, we have decided on 3 weeks and every bit of overtime I do is going into my savings account to pay for it. I would put you in my case if I could :D

Jo, it's really not funny I think he is satan dressed in a fluffy attire.. naughty naughty boy!!

  • Thanks Snow, that makes me feel a little better :D was payday yesterday so I paid some of my debts off, only £150 for the car this month (this wage is going on xmas presents, that's why) and I had £75 in my box to give mum so I now owe her £378 :j £100 went to my brother as we are buying my dad a PS3 for xmas and a birthday cake for £9.99 for my mum as it was her birthday yesterday (Her present was the trip to Barcelona, so that was covered) Also had to put £40 petrol in my car so yesterday was most def not a NSD, however I'm hoping today will be different as we are not doing much, the weather is shocking!! OH bought me a new bike this morning as mine is pretty rubbish so think we will be going out on them tomorrow depending on the weather.

My xmas party outfit has arrived and it is lovely I'm made up with it, at least that's one job out of the way!! Have a good weekend

  • He hasn't a clue, my brother still lives with my parents and he has got one, OH has one and dad feels left out so we are putting the money together for him. He will be made up with it. :D TBH my family didn't have much money when we were younger despite both working full time (even when we were babies) but they still gave us everything they could and we had a fantastic childhood. I am very grateful for everything they have done for us so at any opportunity we try and spoil them a bit. Your DS and DD will be the same when they are older!! Only it will be a PS20 then :D

As for the NSD I ended up buying 2 jumpers of Ebay :o I needed more winter clothes and they only came to £15 together, and I have got to keep warm  I also bought my mum the Fit Flops she wanted (£50) as part of her xmas pressie.. have you guys seen these?? they look fantastic I have put some on my xmas list.

    Afternoon,

Me and OH have been shopping this morning, well we went M&S food first where I spent £7 on not much... they do the best fresh orange ever so I go at least once a week to get that, but also got my sandwich for work tomorrow. I also spent £9 at Home Bargains for the necessities which as always is a bargain!! Then we went to TK Maxx, I LOVE this shop and even though I found a jacket I wanted I put it back :D I 'm really proud of myself if you couldn't tell!! I did spend £15 on 2 funky belts and socks for part of my brothers xmas present though.

We are going to see our baby niece later so no more money will be spent today :j and before I go I have to mention x-factor... I am still loving Stacey and even though a few may dislike me for this I can't stand Jamie, he has to go sorrrrrrrry! I'm a Celebrity starts again tonight, what great tele for a Sunday night :D.

    Have a fab sunday xx

Forgot to mention I have also paid £100 towards credit card and the fit flops I bought mum yesterday I did through Quidco and got £5 cashback!!
