Might be a bit up and down, but should be back by the end of 2010
No can do carolt, I don't apologise to racists who later deny their comments. Pretty pathetic really that you have to do this.

Is it anything to do with you and the other HPCers being on the losing side?

Personal abuse and shouting isn't going to help you on this one.

Why not go back to attacking the travelling community?

    ;)

Probably by the end of 2011
Why do all the threads that get started by complete idiots.....always end up the longest??

Just ignore them and they will go away (or probably come back as someone else)

    It really is that simple
If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly

I've only ever been wrong once! and that was when I thought I was wrong but I was right

Ah. So it boils down to winners and losers. I would say that we all going to be losers in some way. Though if you some access to some information that contributes in a meaningful way to the debate please share it.

In many ways igorance is bliss. Stick with it.

When all else fails, out comes the racist card. It's the hallmark of of people who can not support their arguments and so attemt to discredit the opposition before their fellows to sway the debate. You should be a polititian.

I do find your personal, unfounded attacks on another long standing member of this board highly distasteful, to be quite honest. In any case it's defamation and shouldn't be tolerated here. Even if you were 100% right in anything you said, i'd struggle to respect you.

If I remember rightly, you got into buy to let at the height of the bubble - no the wonder you have a chip on your shoulder. Maybe if you had listened to some of those you now think you're baiting, you wouldn't feel quite so insecure.

I do feel sorry for you and can understand why you can't accept what is happening around you. I have no idea how old you are but from your behaviour, I would say not very old, so you will live and learn.

Fantastic !! I really do have you rattled !!

    :T

I got into BTL first in about 2000 or so, and stayed out of the BTL market from early 2007 (still about 5% down on that one) to early this year. Bought a couple of flats in May that are already up 20% !!!

Bricks and mortar have been very good to me over the years. You should try getting involved yourself, rather than sitting on the sidelines and whining about how unfair life is !!!

I'm not rattled at all by you. You're just some anonymous random with a mega attitude problem on what is overall a nice forum .

"Bought a couple of flats in May that are already up 20% !!!" Good luck!

The extreme posters soon disappear when they are unable to crow anymore. If you read their posts carefully you soon realise that its hot air, as they have no idea what their talking about.
