Thats another T&C that can't be enforced in any paypal dispute the buyer wins they get refunded the amount of the item plus original P&P. You wouldn;t have to refund return postage though

If they were sold as used, then how can she claim that the item is not as described? Tell her to return the items via a tracked service and see if she does. If she does though you'll have to refund the £70 plus the original P&P although not the cost of returning them to oyoiu

Just a quick update! This stupid woman has left me a very harsh neg dispite the fact that I offered her a full refund which she refused then I offered her a discount and she refused!
You just can't win!
Now that has ruined my 4 year, 100% positive feedback rating

I don't think you were ever going to win that one but I would question the legality of Ebay hosting an untruth which is based upon the writer's inability to read an advert and then wanting to negotiate a discount.

As this damages your reputation, I would consider it libellous. I don't know what you could do but once Ebay has their fees they don't give two hoots. I don't know if you can force them to remove it or just put them in the small claims court for damages.
