In my refund section i also state that I will offer a full refund MINUS the postage and packaging - she wont exept this, does this stand for anything??

Thats another T&C that can't be enforced in any paypal dispute the buyer wins they get refunded the amount of the item plus original P&P. You wouldn;t have to refund return postage though

  • If they were sold as used, then how can she claim that the item is not as described? Tell her to return the items via a tracked service and see if she does. If she does though you'll have to refund the £70 plus the original P&P although not the cost of returning them to oyoiu

i would do a followup feedback and explain the situation
  • I don't think you were ever going to win that one but I would question the legality of Ebay hosting an untruth which is based upon the writer's inability to read an advert and then wanting to negotiate a discount.

As this damages your reputation, I would consider it libellous. I don't know what you could do but once Ebay has their fees they don't give two hoots. I don't know if you can force them to remove it or just put them in the small claims court for damages.
