Yes thanks for that, I find facts and figures fascinating.
It will be interesting to see if this new site can make a move on ebid.

Well I decided to give it a go, from the buying side I used the £5 voucher on a dvd I've been wanting, and from the selling side I went through my Amazon listings and found something that is going for more on Priceminister.
Bit put off by recorded being a madatory option while selling though I doubt many will opt for it.
Currently in profit as they pay £5 for first purchase and £1 for first listing through topcashback.
I'll stick a few more things on there and report back if it goes anywhere.
ETA: when doing my daily clicks I noticed that they are on quite a few price comparison websites, so this will hopefully help with popularity. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.0 -

There are still a lot of links out there on the web for Tazbar, so they will continue to get traffic to the homepage.
They should so monetize that better - they could get 50p a time for every person who signs up to ebid!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
Interestlng - the only way you can top-up your e-Wallet is by Bank Transfer.0

Sorry, I should maybe have made a note against the Tazbar site stats. because the current real traffic figures (ie zero) take a little time to work through the system even though the site is now "dead".
I think it's interesting to look at the trend analysis in Alexa for the various sites. Tazbar, for example, was exhibiting worsening traffic rank and daily reach trends through the latter part of 2008 and into '09. Page views per user and time onsite were also on a downward trend (ie user "attention" was not being maintained) and bounce rate (people who got to the site and then immediately left) rose to over 80% - all pretty good signs that a site is possibly on the way out.0 -

I've listed books and CDs with standard mail and none of my listings shows recorded even as an option

You can select the delivery method you want, as long as it requires the signature from the buyer. If you deem necessary, you can subscite an additional transport insurance. Please keep in mind that recorded delivery is not an option. You must accept to send items using this delivery method to sell on PriceMinister. This is my opinion. Hmm, just taken a closer look and some of my items have standard delivery only whilst others appear to offer recorded at an additional fee.

I bought two books last week (using the £5 discount so only paying approx 90p) and they've both arrived. The sellers dont get paid until you rate them either. its quite good in my opinion0
